The location is convenient but very noisy as a tremendous amount of traffic passes by this property on the way to two popular destinations, The Beach House and Spouting Horn. And since there is no AC you cannot shut out the noise or the lights from passing cars without cutting off your air flow, so it was very difficult to... More

We spent a week at Prince Kuhio Resort #211 and are 100% satisfied. The suite is well appointed, maintained, equipped and squeaky clean. The full kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Ample and comfortable living/dining area. The bedroom is comfortable and large. Don't be scared off by a lack of air conditioning. The front wall louver system combined with the... More

Been here several times in 5 years. Great basic condo. Comfortable. Sleeps 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Highly recommend. Great location across from great snorkeling site in short walk distance. Ocean view. Will be back again and again.

Our condo (room #211 in Prince Kuhio - not Prince Kuhio shores across the street) was spacious and MUCH nicer than we thought based on the pictures that we saw. The onsite staff was very helpful as we had lost our check-in instructions. The kitchen was well-appointed with about everything that we needed, though we are still a bit unsure... More

We stayed in Prince Kuhio 401 in the first part of Aug for 8 nights with 2 adults and a toddler. The property is a little older but they have done a good job with keeping it updated. It was well supplied with am entities (ie. Boogie board, snorkel gear, beach towels). The huge lanai has a wonderful view of... More

My first trip to kauai and my first time renting a condo for vacation. We stayed in unit 135. My first reaction on seeing the apartment was disappointment - it's an older apartment and could use some upgrades, especially in the kitchen. Having said that - the location was great. Unit 135 is near the back of the complex overlooking... More

This was my 10th trip to Hawaii and 5th to Kauai. I have stayed in Kapaa and in Princeville and ws a little concerned about being so far away from Lihue in Poipu, but fears were availed by the new shopping center in walking distance and really by having a swimabloe beach across the street. Condo 136 is as far... More

Used Trip Advisor for researching places to stay and found this one. Prince Kuhio #103 worked perfectly for our trip. My wife and I and 2 teenagers were very comfortable here. Unit has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and was well stocked for our needs. The location is terrific. We saw seals and turtles on shore at Poipu Beach... More

We stayed in Appt 233, for 4 nights. It had everything you need for a short stay (you may want a little more space for a long stay). The only thing it doesn't have, if you want to cook, is a built in stove top. The electric ring hob doesn't heat up sufficiently. There is a BBQ by the pool... More
