My wife and 2 kids 2 & under were joined with another couple with 2 kids of their own. Location: The complex is just off the main road on the way to the St Regis. The princeville shopping plaza is a fair walk away but definitely do able and we occasionally walked the kids to the park nearby but most...

When we visit Princeville, we normally stay at The Cliffs or Nihilani which have been great. During our recent trip, we tried The Plantation which turned out to be a big mistake because the complex has, and will enforce, crazy fines on their guests. We were fined $100 because we temporarily parked our car in-front of our unit to unload...

If you are looking for an ocean front condo this isn't what you are looking for but I guarantee that if you stay here at least once you will leave satisfied. We've stayed in three different condos. Both top floor and ground. The kitchens are well equipped. Each Lanai was different but so relaxing. If you don't feel like venturing...

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked. The only thing missing were BBQ utensils. The descriptions lists beach chairs but there weren't any. They did provide 3 white plastic chairs but these are not beach chairs. The furniture on the lanai was only a small table with 2 chairs which were filthy and rusty.

We stayed at 321 . A three bedroom condo. Terrific price. Very nicely equipped. We had a nice view of mountains and golf course. Private car park. Close to the St. Regis but we prefer space and this is it! Parrish collection is the way to rent! Cant wait to go back!

We loved our stay at the Plantation at Princeville. We will definitely be back. Nothing bad to say, all good. Fully stocked condo all the way down to the sand toys and boogie board. Thank you! We would have loved a griddle for the stove though, kinda hard to make coconut pancakes in a tiny skillet.

Very unfriendly to families or anyone under the age of 70. This is mostly a vacation rental community with the exception of a few residents. One Of whom is an especially finicky and pretentious hoa board member. They want the community to be adults only, so don't torture your children by bringing them here. No balls, bikes, or smiles allowed...

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on the north shore of Kauai. Quiet serene neighborhood surrounded by tropical Hawaiian foliage. This condo was well priced, clean, and more than enough space for me and the three other people I was traveling with. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Kauai.

It's beautiful clean condo. Nice rap around patio. There are too many rules and regulations. We have kids from the age 9-16. They were stopped by a management when they were playing volleyball on the grass. At the pool, they weren't allowed to play with the ball even when there wasn't anyone at the pool with them. The kids called...
