We arrived along with four other families. The hotel is extremely run down. The rooms must be 20-25 years old. You feel claustrophobic in them. The ceilings are low and most do not have porches. The bathrooms are outdated. The showers are a step in bathtub with a handheld as the shower. I cannot believe St Regis puts their name...

We stayed at the St. Regis for seven nights and were delighted by the professionalism and courtesy of the hotel staff and the quality of the food throughout the hotel. The spa was also extremely good, much better than the typical hotel spa. We would also like to mention the restaurant manager/host a French lady who we think was called...

My husband and I stayed at the St. Regis for 8 days in late August. I was very pleased with the resort. It's very large, but laid out such that you don't see mile after mile of matching little buildings from the public areas like the beach or the pool, so it feels more intimate (huge, dramatic lobby aside). The...

We have stayed at St Regis before (most recently in Bora Bora), and this experience in Kauai was not of the same caliber you expect from a high end resort. The hotel is very dated and the outside is in need of paint and updating. No bikes available unless you rent them from the resort. Snorkeling and boats were also...

This property has it all, location, location, location! A lovely beach, beautiful views. But it ends there. There was nothing special about anything else there - the restaurants were boring, there were no activities, and there was little to no customer service. We stayed at the Fairmont Orchid on Hawaii, and we would go back there in a second, but...

Aloha PeggyK. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We apologize that the level of service provided was anything less then exceptional. This is not typical of our staff as we take great pride in the level of bespoke and genuine service we provide. We appreciate you recognizing our Na Pali...

The view of the bay is breath taking. The service is first rate. Paradise is pricey, but live a little and enjoy the memories. Luau was excellent entertainment, but dropped some big bucks! Snorkeling was easy and enjoyable for the whole family. Sunset was priceless (free for even non-guest).

Firstly, if you are going to Princeville, hire a car! We didn't and ended up getting one. It would have been cheaper and easier if we had done that straight away and collected at the airport. Princeville is the most beautiful place and you won't get a better view than from the St Regis. The location is amazing and the...

We stayed here in November 2016. We stayed in a jr suite with butler service. " If you have the means, I highly recommend one." To quote Ferris bueller. It was great. Every morning our butler brought us coffee while were sat in our robes and stared out at the amazing view of hanalei bay and the mountains and huge...

From the very first moment checking in the staff were impeccable. So polite, helpful and well trained. At check in we were asked when we would like the turn down service and morning maid service and as we have young children we were able to accomodate their "early to bed early to rise" behaviours! Such a great initiative. We came...

We spent 2 nights here to relax prior to a meeting. I had read reviews that the hotel was tired, and in need of updated, but I booked regardless because of the location and our prior good experiences with St. Regis properties. I am glad we stayed here. The lobby and commons areas are beautiful. Our room was large, nicely...
