We exchanged our timeshare to the Alii Kai II through Trading Places International. We stayed at the Alli Kai many years ago and like it then. The Unit we were assigned to was unit 8A which is next to the office. The office is mostly for the non Sweetwater guest. On check in you are given the phone number of...

The unit that we had was 10E and was a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths. The unit was very well maintained and stocked. The Hot Tub was great and the pool although a little cold was always clean. The view of the mountains was very nice but we had no view of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained...

We had an end unit on a bluff. Views were amazing from both bedrooms and the family room. We could hear the ocean 24/7. Staying in a condo saved alot of money since you.can cook and nor eatout. Also has washer and dryer so we didn't have bring 9 days worth of close. Yes I would recommend

We exchanged through TPI and we stayed in unit 8A Jan 10-17. It is in the same parking lot as the office. The unit was a ground floor corner 2bd 2 bath. Lots of room, kind of dated, well equipped kitchen, and their is an ice machine in the freezer. Parking was always close to the unit, and very available....

A hidden gem in Princeville. Recently completed interior renovations make the 2 bedroom condos 4 1/2 star accommodations. Partial ocean views are a big plus. Well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances.

Apartments were even better than the description. They had there everything you need for a long stay. We were in the building 5, which is facing the ocean. You can see many rainbows from your balcony if there is raining. Book upper floor, otherwise you gonna hear every sound from the apt above you.

We stayed at the Sweetwater, Ali Kai II last week (12-6-14 to 12-13-14) as a timeshare trade. We were put in the furthest building from the sea cliffs, closest to a road, condo. Appeared to be used as a condo rental, not the vacation experience we were expecting. Very dated condo, but had all the basics. Would not stay here...

Aloha Jim D. Thank you for sharing your insight on the "Sweetwater" Timeshare Units. Most timeshare exchange guests do not know the Alii Kai Resort has two, separately managed, timeshare companies at the same resort. Sweetwater and Grand Pacific Resorts. As the manager of the Grand Pacific Timeshare Resort I hope you do return and experience our luxury accommodations. Our...

There are 3 timeshare companies in this resort. This review is only for the Grand Pacific Resorts managed units. These units have all been completely remodeled in the past year. The transformation is beyond amazing. These units were always clean and well maintained, but now they are just awesome. By far the nicest timeshare condos that we have ever stayed...

We stayed here for 4N and splurged on a top floor ocean front condo, 5303. The condo was clean and comfortable with the constant crashing of waves on the rocky shores below providing a soothing background. To some it way be considered loud, but it was a nice background noise that filtered out the noise of other holidaymakers etc. The...

The sweet little complex exceeded our expectations. As others have noted, the location is stellar! The Princeville area is stunningly beautiful and puts you right on the north shore where you will find the sweet village of Hanalei, beaches, hiking, kayaking, and more beaches! The interior of our unit was top notch and very tastefully decorated. The large walk-in shower...
