First time we reviewed The Cliffs it was for a couple of days and it was great. This review is for a week. The weather was hot and humid with little to no breeze, so without any aircon it was getting to the unbearable state. Having people above us feeding the birds, which is not allowed but they did it...

The location is good, the room/2 bdr apt was very nice with living room, kitchen and two bathrooms and two balconies. Pool/whirlpool and activities were great. Downside - no elevator (we were on 3rd floor - they do have people to help with luggage if you ask), no A/C - as long as the breeze was blowing that was OK;...

This condo community is out of the way, quiet and peaceful. We loved come home here after taking in the beaches, snorkeling, helicopter tour, shops, caves, luau, and touring the island. Staff is fantastic. They even fedex'd. My car keys I left behind (my brother had to come get us at the airport!)

Nice location. Beautiful view of the ocean if you are in a good room. If you are in the room we had, known as "the dungeon", not so good. We had a view of the parking lot and a construction trailer, each 5 yards from our only windows. Front desk was useless, told us nothing, not even where our unit...

We stayed at the Cliffs in March of 2017. The view is going to greatly vary by which unit you are in. We were in a VRBO unit right on the edge of the cliff with views of the ocean. I don't know that I would stay here without the view. It's worth paying for. The pool was fun for...

Strongly recommend this resort. Ryan and his concierge services and department easily the best we have ever had. Excellent provision of information and assistance making reservations and organizing our outings on the island.

We rented our condo through VRBO and couldn't of had a better view! Our balcony was a full ocean view and we watched the whales a couple of times in the morning. I would recommend an upper level unit to get a great view! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed! Our family lived on the deck at...

We stayed three nights in Cliffs at Princeville 5205. Everything was perfect - clean, good view, quiet, well equipped. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning but definitely did not require it. Princeville is cooler than the rest of Kauai and the trade winds help. A wonderful stay.

We stayed in room 6106 and it was perfect! It is a bottom unit. We were skeptical about hearing people above us but we rarely heard anyone and the view made up for it. Our room had everything we needed. The rooms each have an ice chest and 2 chairs for the beach which was very convenient. The rooms have...

Forget the other islands. Kauai is the garden isle full of things to do and see. The Cliffs at Princeville is located on the beautiful north shore only 40 minutes from the airport. Cliffs has remodeled and updated. We have a timeshare every other year (for sale) which has served our family well. Friends can always find a unit for...
