Stayed here for a week from Oahu. We know Hawaii is pricey as we live here but this resort charges for every little thing. The condo was nice; the right size for the two of us. Wish there was an elevator! There were people working on the roof and using a cherry picker to get to it so imagine my...

I contacted resort 2 months prior to stay and asked for an upstairs room. Was told they'd note that on my reservation. I arrived 2 days late due to family problems and when I checked in I was placed on the ground floor and told to contact reservations the next morning. Upon doing so, I was told there was a...

Great location near the North Coast of Kauai. Very Clean, great amenities, very knowledgeable and helpful concierge. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to golf, food, shops and Queens Bath. Short drive to Hanalae, 30 minute drive to State park with views of Napali Coast.

Our room was as advertised: Kitchen, dining area, patio, TV, laundry. As elsewhere on Kauai, roosters roam free and provide a free wake up call. The pool is lovely. Our bed was not great. The resort offers daily activities, including yoga on the bluffs, and is likely a very convenient place for families and travellers who are interested in spending...

We landed at LIH Friday at noon, and went directly to COSTCO, a few miles away. The reservationist suggested we shop near the airport, before heading to Princeville. This was a brilliant, cost-saving idea. We checked in to Cliff's one night prior to when our timeshare week was to begin, 12/24/2016. It was rather costly, but we had a beautifully...

Room had tons of great lighting options. Many on rheostats and there was even a USB charging outlet like I have at home. There is a putting green with clubs that the resort allows you to borrow for as long as you need to use them. We didn't use the pools or hot tub, but they are nicely located for...

We have a timeshare and used it for The Cliffs in Kauai. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit we had. It was on the top floor, and had views of the ocean from one balcony, and views of the pool from the other. The units master bedroom had an on suite bathroom with another full bath off the living...

The Cliffs is a very inviting great place to vacation. All buildings are condos with the basic comforts of home. We stayed in a two bedroom which put us on the third (top) floor. We had a view of the ocean from one of our two balconies. The grounds are well kept and the staff are all very friendly and...

Nice place to relax. You can hear the ocean from the cliff top. There is a nice grassed area with chairs to sit and watch the ocean. We saw whales yesterday. They are a long way from the viewing area, but still very cool to see. No food onsite so need a car if staying here.

We rented a week in a condo at the cliffs through VRBO. The process was easy and the owners easy to work with. It was a good value overall. We had a lanai with a view, the best part of all. The pool is small, not really great for kids. No sunsets in winter due to positioning of unit.
