This beautiful resort on the North Shore had me wanting to never leave. Just perfect for our trip. Extremely close to Queen's Bath, Hanalei Bay, shopping and food. Much more relaxed than South Shore and the most amazing views! 💜💜💜

We stayed here for three nights after a week on the south shore. We wanted a north shore experience, versus just a day trip, which is what we've always done before. This is a very nice resort; clean, modern and big enough for a family of five. We especially appreciated the "closet" in the main office where we could grab...

In interest of full disclosure, we are owners at this resort. They have added new features since our last stay, adding croquet court, upscale BBQ's and some renovated units. Also a cooler and beach chairs to take when you hit the beach. Staff still has great aloha spirit and location is wonderful. We have never gotten a unit in need...

We stay here annually. Thought there isn't a beach close by, the property is ocean front. The desk staff at the Cliffs are generally pleasant and helpful. There is a small pool and hot tub along with a modest fitness center. Close by are jogging trails and a beautiful golf course.

We stayed here for a week and appreciated our room and resort amenities. We had a one bedroom first floor room. The full kitchen and two full bathrooms were great perks. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom helped keep the rooms comfortable. A great cross breeze comes through if you open the glass doors to both lanais. Beach...

Aloha, Mahalo for your comments. Many people get worried when they find out we don’t have A/C in our units. You brought up a great point, when you keep the glass doors open on both lanais there is an excellent cross breeze through the unit. One of the many perks about being located up on a cliff. I am glad...

The Cliffs was built in the late 70's when there was lots of land available for a resort, in an area full of condos and vacation homes. There is lots of green space at the Cliffs; the condos are spacious and nicely appointed and many have ocean views. The staff understands and lives the Aloha spirit, and it is a...

We stayed in a private condo rented only through Kauai Vacation Rentals unit 6-306 with absolutely beautifully decorated and had gorgeous ocean vista views allowing for great whale watching during our March 2015 stay. The resort itself was beautiful and had great amenities and a very nice redone pool. This property located in Beautiful Princeville.

Ours was a timeshare swap and we couldn't be more pleased. The Cliffs are all luxurious accommodation in the heart of Princeville. Ours is 900 sqft 1 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 4 comfortably 5 would be a bit of a squeeze. The unit has everything including washer/ dryer and even beach chairs to take with you to the beach....

We booked our week at The Cliffs through HSI 5 weeks before our stay. Prior to booking, I checked prices on some other sites and we received the lowest rate through HSI. The units shown on the Cliffs website looked great and for the most part, the reviews were favorable. I called HSI after booking to request a 2nd floor...

Aloha from the Cliffs, I'm sorry the location of your unit did not meet up to your expectations. You are correct in that we are currently running a full house and the ability to move rooms is limited. We don't hold rooms, but do need to maximize our reservations by lining up reservations effectively so as to avoid wasted space....

This was our first visit to the Cliffs Resort and what a fine visit it has been. We exchanged into the Cliffs Resort as an RCI exchange, booking a sleep 6 unit.
