Excellent Location. Rental company was first rate. Unit was in good shape. The sliding glass and screen door need minor repairs. The master suite needs a real "king" size bed.
Grounds were nice and location to shops and restaurants perfect.
We stayed at this unit for a week and it was quite disappointing. There was no hot water. We called the 800 number and spoke to the owner. He was so rude and obnoxious. When we complained about the cold water, his reply was "...More
All units apparently have the exact same floor plan (2 bedroom, 2 bath) so location and condition are the only variants. The style is 1980's. Be aware, there is NO A/C so it gets quite hot during the day, but late afternoons can be breezy....More
