We have visited Maui twice now and on both occasions we have stayed at the amazing Hale Huanani Bed and Breakfast. This place is so good that we plan our stay on the island on its availability. We stay in the cottage and your host Susan, Chuck and Mike the cat leave you to your own devices. The cottage has...

Have just stayed 6 nights in the Manako Cottage. This is our second visit and if we could take this B&B with us to other locations it would be perfect. Everything that you need is provided including some great chats with Chuck.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Our hosts were caring and warm. They were always providing us with helpful info of activities and restaurants. Really enjoyed garden and eating the fruit from it. The actual space for living was spacious and what we needed. I would recommend this place for the people and location. There is a parking spot and...

This suite is absolutely perfect -- the kitchen is clean, new, and well-appointed; ceiling & floor fans in every room (plus air conditioning in the main room); just a few minutes to the best beaches on the west side of the island; kind and responsive hosts; a private lanai, grill, and a huge tropical garden to explore; the list goes...

We've stayed at HH twice and both times it was wonderful. Susan and family run the place with a lot of attention to detail, serve wonderful breakfasts, but stay out of your hair 100% of the time. There there when you need them too. The room is clean and has every detail taken care of. Will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Chuck, was very welcoming and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property. The stay included access to snorkeling equipment, laundry machines, plenty of beach towels, and as a bonus, complimentary access to pick fruit from the property's beautiful garden, which grows passion fruit, bananas, papaya, etc. We picked a couple of passion...

I happened across Hale Huanani on TripAdvisor while planning our July trip back in May. The reviews were non-stop rave and, now that we've stayed at Hale Huanani, we couldn't agree more. Chuck and Susan were fantastic hosts; beyond hospitable and friendly! Mike, the feline mascot, was a joy to hear meowing "good morning" at the screen before breakfast. Our...

During our stay on Maui, we decided to book the Manako cottage in Hale Huanani B&B in Kihei. What a fantastic choice this proved to be! The cottage had a very well-equipped kitchen, a goodsize livingroom, a cosy bedroom with ensuite bathroom and we had a very nice lanai with 2 sundeck chairs, table and chairs and a huge BBQ,...

Try and image several acres of fruit trees, I think about 11 different types. Tropical birds, providing the music in the morning. The best muffins, scones and breads on the island delivered to your own private lanai, with a side of exotic fruit, promptly at 7:30. Imagine all of this and you know why we returned for a second and...

My wife and I just got back from an amazing 2 week trip to Maui. We stayed in several locations, but by far, The Hale Huanani B&Bwas our favorite! We stayed in the cottage. Felt like brand new! Has everything you need to bring to the beach: chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards, sandcastle toys, etc. Way nicer and far cheaper...
