Just got here in Maui and we are staying at the Maui Vista Resort Unit 3220. Very nice single unit condo on the second floor with a slight view of the ocean front. Very well kept unit. Having some issues with the TV but other...More
We booked with AirBnB but the resort was perfectly located, just across the street form a calm beach. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Really calm resort, respectful neighbors, quiet hours are respected. Pool and BBQs areas are clean. Staff was friendly.
We stayed in 3202 and it was a great ground level condo. We loved the extra room on the lanai patio. It had everything we needed from the bedroom, kitchen and family room to the pool to the beach (Internet, Sat TV, stereo, sheets, dishes,...More
This was a great location close to everything. Community BBQ area to cook up some food and meet people from around the world! One of the nicest beaches in Maui, right across the street. When I go back some day I will stay there again.
The place is in a great location. You can walk either way on South Kehei Road and in about 5-10 mins you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The beach, Charlie Young is directly out our door. A local island bus (Maui Bus) goes by...More

Hi, Unless you have the actual unit number identified to you in vrbo and pictures, and you're able to ask questions of the owner (or Property Management firm that's in Kehei) then you may not get answers to all of your questions. I was able to ask questions up front to someone in Canada who worked with the Property Management firm, which did help. I did like the property, the pool was nice and you do access it with a room key, and the issues we had with the smoke detector going off, the futon in the LR not being very comfy to sit on, were minor compared to the fun we had daily on Maui. Try to find a unit you can ask questions about, but on the whole I do believe the MV offers good value.
