Stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. Our room was in the older center building, could use some updating but you can't beat the ocean views. Staff was very attentive, food at all of the beach restaurants and bars was very good but pricey. Breakfast buffet was ok, a little tired of it by day 3. Didn't...

I'm a big Hyatt fan and my wife and I spent a few day at this resort in Maui after spending a week at the Andaz on the other end of the island. The resort's location is nice and it is close to Lahina, which is the most happening town on the island. The hotel is huge and I'm sure...

This hotel is nice and staff accommodating but that being said they have a lot of beach functions such as weddings that go on till 10 pm at night and with disc jockeys blaring music. We selected an $400 oceanfront room to hear waves and enjoy tranquility not "Last Dance" every night. We know the names of every bride &...

This luxuriously appointed and landscaped hotel was truly a dream. I took my wife and my eleven year old daughter here to celebrate both Mother's Day and my daughter's birthday. I could not have hoped for a better setting, and wealth of activities. The Pacific Ocean was inviting, the sunrises and sunsets enchanting and magical. The Staff were professional and...

I would not return or recommend. Spent a week there. Room was spacious and had a great view of ocean and sunsets. Beds comfortable. But: Mediocre beach. Mediocre food. Overcrowded facility. Impersonal. Transactional. You can do better.

my wife and i stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui in May 2015. The grounds are very beautiful - from the open air atrium, to the multi-level pool with a waterfall. Lots of convenient services right there - concierge to schedule activities, Macy's, shopping, jeweler, etc. Poolside service was excellent.
