We found this condo on VRBO (334027) and the owner is very responsive and sweet. She gave us lots of information that would be awesome if you're new to the island. She had the place well-stocked with beach gear and chairs for fun in the sun. And, four of us (two couples) found we had everything we needed to cook...

My wife and I have made this our Maui "home" when we travel to Hawaii. We like the relaxed, family, non-resort lifestyle. There are many repeat guests and families. If the kids are a bit too loud, simply walk up and mention that to parents or to kids...We enjoy this wonderful facility and feel that it is a great value....

We were in unit 211, north back corner, nearest the road. First the bad: Because there is no aircon, the windows need to be open to cool it down. You hear a lot of interesting conversations in the morning and evening, and road noise at night. We like it dark and private, and there are plenty of windows without shades...

We stayed in #124. Lights burnt out in living room and bedroom, no wifi for our first 4 days, and very noisy. Kids in pool until after dark, and woke to very noisy neighbors upstairs every morning. The condo felt very small for the 2 of us. The view was obstructed by the condo to the left. However, the view...

We liked this place a lot. There is access to the water but better places a short drive away. Grills, a pool, great sunsets, nice on-site manager, and our place had a full kitchen. More like a vacation rental place than a hotel. My only complaint, no smoking on site - I like a cigar while on vacation.

We had a really great stay at #210 Polynesian Shores and would recommend it to all. The overall resort is small and very friendly with a good mix of families. It has a lovely central lawn going down to the ocean and low level units well separated from each other. We saw turtles within ten minutes of arrival, and enjoyed...

The condos are placed so all of them had sea view. we were three couples with kids and had three condos. Different standards on condoes and beds. Beautiful garden and a lovely sea view. The pool is ok but small and there are no beach for swimming. There are no air-condition in the condos and a lot of noise from...

This review is for unit 114 (VRBO 163168) located within Polynesian Shores, a small oceanfront community with a relaxed vibe. In general, the property is quiet and peaceful. The grounds around the pool are immaculate and the residents and vacationers are respectful of the common areas. There is no beach in the immediate oceanfront area of the property, only a...
