First impressions are everything, and this one is perfect. What an amazing place. Clean, great room with a even better view. Quiet location with easy access to lots of sites! We extended my awards trip a couple days, and this place is the perfect place to do it. Forget the big chain hotels, and go with the locals...Mahalo.

Despite lack of breakfast, still was a pleasant stay, overall. Room is lovely. Bathroom is great and quite large. Has jetted tub. Spotless and view from balcony is lovely. Bed very comfy. A bit off putting that ringing doorbell at 8:20 a.m. (When learned no breakfast) meant I woke up owner (sign states office hrs are 8 a.m. to 6...

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews, but the service given by the owners was shocking to say the least and feel it is only fair I warn other travellers planning on booking this 'B&B'. From the outset the email correspondence with the owners was borderline rude. They promised us a cot for our 1 year old via email correspondence...

Room and bed were ok, even the house looks nice. But after two days the roomservice stopped. When we asked for cleaning the room, the owner told us that the maid is ill and she doesn't know if someone can clean the room. A very strange situation! We also were the only guests in a very depressive athmosphere.

I stayed here for about six nights. At first I was only scheduled to stay three nights while I attended a work conference at the Westin. Jamie was very flexible and let me stay on a few more days. I had a rental car and would drive 5 mins away to my conference and park at the Whalers Village. This...

It was a great stay in garden gate! the owners (very friendly) upgraded the kind of the room and we had the ocean view room for our honeymoon....amazing! Very clean, very big room with kitchenette, big bathroom! close to lahaina and kaanapali (even if the car is needed!), a fantastic location to have a run in the early morning! Unfortunately...

I stayed in the ocean view room and it was worth it. Overall, great property. The breakfast is simple with bread, boiled eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and pastries but it's the way I like it. My frustration was that the town or any place to eat out was too far to walk and I ended up spending a ton on...

Quiet place, nice room, spatious and clean. Huge bathroom. We were in the Ocean View room. You can walk to Kanapale beach is a max 20 min. Breackfast is basic and a little late at 9:00am. Limited parking spots, 5 max. I beleive. Nice staff but nothing special. Just OK.

My husband and I just stayed here for a week. Our flight was late coming into Maui so we never really got to meet the owner till a couple of days later. They basically left a note at their front door giving us instructions to our room. Our rooms was very small but clean. However, beds were uncomfortable and squeaked...

We contacted Garden Gate at the last minute due to missing our flight back to Oahu. The owner Jaime could not have been nicer or more accommodating with great directions and a nice welcome on our arrival. The room was their smallest but very nicely furnished and squeaky clean. It is in a residential area but close to all in...
