The $130 Incidental fee was not created to my checkout summary. I was told it would be credited to my credit card. So far no such credit has been issued. the food quality did not justify the cost The $20 dollar charge inanition to the daily $15 parking fee. My car was not used the entire stay and never left...

This is a modest, but still classy hotel in Lahiana. Lobby is nice. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful to us throughout our stay. Service is top notch here. Room was perfect, deluxe ocean view 9th floor with a side view of mountains and water. Loved the separate sink area and nice furnishings. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the...

Ten years ago when we went to Maui on our honeymoon we stayed at the Hyatt. I found a deal on costco travel for the Royal Lahaina and thought since we weren't traveling with kids we could stay somewhere more intimate. We booked a full ocean deluxe view. After traveling all day, we checked in at around 9PM. We made...

First time in Hawaii. If you're looking for quite, relaxation and picturesque views, The Royal Lahaina Resort, will be the right place for you. The staff were very attentive to your needs. Mark the Bartender was wonderful. Great conversation, giving us little tidbits of what to see and visit, very helpful. Robyn, one of the grounds security personal, would recognize...

This hotel was stunning and set in the most beautiful location. The weather was very wet when we arrived, with roads closed due to flooding and mud slides. However, the hotel was absolutely excellent and the restaurant, the Luau and the general facilities could not be faulted. Service was excellent, particularly in the poolside bar, which was open until late...

We stayed in one of the four-unit cottages and thoroughly enjoyed the amount of space and light/breeze we had there. The Royal Lahaina is about 40 years old, but it wears its age well and features an accommodating staff, good food, beautifully manicured grounds and oceanfront beaches. The resort hosts lots of families and Americans, if that's not your cup...

We had a partial ocean view room, which meant we saw just a glimmer of blue over the rooftops of other buildings. Awful. The room was tiny & cramped and we felt like we were sleeping in the kitchenette area. The bathroom was so small we could barely turn around and it couldn't hold two people at the same time....

We splurged on a partial ocean view room and the view was lovely. The king bed was fine, the fridge could have been colder and the lighting in the bathroom area was poor for shaving, and hooks--they desperately need hooks everywhere--for wet towels, kit bags, etc. Things were a little damp and old smelling, but it's a beach hotel! Not...

This is one of the oldest hotels in the area. All I can say is that the Royl Lahaine wears it's age very well. I believe is was rehabbed recently but even so everything is still in tip top shape. Beautiful woodwork in the rooms, nice decor throughout the property. The ocean front restaurant is close to the pool/water and...
