I am a DVC member and this was my first visit to the resort; it was beautiful. The ambiance was fantastic; however, as a DVC member, you do not get room service and they only change your towels every 4 days and garbage is not removed for that time as well. The food at the resort was also poor expect...

We stayed in June and the resort was very crowded. The staff was not has helpful and friendly as the cast in other disney resorts. The resort is beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious with beautiful furnishings. We were in a one bedroom and the room was great. Restaurants are a bit overpriced for what you get. Pool wait...

The Aulani is nice and clean but in my opinion it lacks a lot of amenities. Would be nice for families with really young children (under 5). My kids rode each water slide (there are only 2) 1 time and did the lazy river (it's very lazy)....they said it was boring and I must agree (kids are 9 & 10)....

I had a fabulous time at Aulani! Our big room had a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean. The pool area was a great place to spend an entire day to relax on the lazy river or on the beach. There are water slides and other splash areas for everyone to enjoy. Aulani also has activities for...

Huge resort! Kids are everywhere!! Definitely not a couple place although they do have adult only areas including a pool. To be honest I have 3 kids and I was over the amount of other kids. It's a pretty cool place. The pools were nice the lazy river and slides a hit with my girls. We had a 1 bed...

We just got back from this beautiful resort. Loved the view from our 3BR grand ocean view villa..the huge balcony with 5 sets of sliding doors was amazing but needed lighting. Highly recommend staying in one of these rooms in the Ewa tower on July 4th..great view of the fireworks. Valet attendants & bell service were all very good..even took...

We were glad to have stayed at Aulani on a quieter, less congested/less commercial side of the island. We visited Waikiki Beach, and the few blocks around it were gentrified, offering high and mid-end shopping and restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory. But urban blight and insane traffic surrounded the few blocks of that tourism area. While the beach there...

This hotel hasn't been open for that many years. The towels, lounge chairs, furniture- all show at least 20 years of wear. This was our 3rd trip to Aulani and every time the quality has gone down. 1. After what I paid I expect a place to sit at the pool. 2. Can Disney ever figure out how to make...
