Room was very very dated and not well maintained. By that I just mean that corners are cut for things like running electrical wiring. Etc. We also had a bug somewhere in the room that would chirp once every 15 minutes starting in the middle of the night. We could not find it! I will say that the people were...

My son was stuck at Pago airport for two nights due to Polynesian air delaying and cancelling their flights. My son doesn't speak Samoan and they were giving him the run around. My daughter who lives in Hawaii found the Pago airport Inn online and called for my son. She said the employee she spoke with was very friendly and...

Our plane from Oahu landed around 10pm, and we were due to fly out to Upolu in the morning. Needing an inexpensive place to stay, we chose the Pago Airport Inn. We were picked up promptly at the airport and brought to our room. Our room was on the lower level and had 2 queen sized beds. The room had...

We stayed here during our trip to American Samoa. The staff are very caring and friendly and helpful. Polynesian Air lost our bags so we were without a change of clothes. But they gave us bottled water, and even dinner from McDonalds! The night manager got another guest to take me to a store to buy stuff. They arranged a...

We arrived at the Pago Pago Airport for a short stay while the Hawaiian Airlines jet refueled. Our flight from Tahiti was rerouted to Pago Pago because of a "Fuel Handler's" strike in French Polynesia. We toured the airport gift shop buying ice cream and T-Shirts. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This is my 3rd stay here, I can't say enough about my stay here being peaceful, and most welcoming with the greatest staff who treat you like family. My room was clean, had hot water, a.c. and a frig. I would recommend that to all my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a good clean and friendly...

Only stayed one night. airport pickup was right on time. I was only staying at the Pago Airport Inn one night.BUT EVEN for my short stay I was treated like a long term visitor. Dorothy, the proprietor of this family-run business provided transportation in the hotel van to the local wireless communications provider on one occasion and THEN arranged a...

My uncle and I staid here for several nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were met at the airport and promptly checked-in at the hotel; nice given a late arrival flight. All the staff and especially Ruth and Keith are very friendly and helpful. We had issues with our flights to Ta'u so being located near the airport...

I recently stayed two night at the Pago Airport Inn. I had a very comfortable room with AC and en suite bathroom. The hotel is located close to the airport and in a quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From what I could figure out, it's one of the most reasonable hotels price-wise. I would not hesitate...

Service from Ruth and Keith - awesome. For the price the place is excellent. It is clean, comfortable and set in impressive gardens. There is air conditioning, WiFi, Cable and for half the price of other places of accommodation. I am a regular business traveller and will be staying here from now on.
