Roy Hall, his family, and employees (and cute dogs) really took care of us. Our vacation was so much better because of them and the lodge. We booked the entire first floor because there were 5 of us. The entire week+ we were there, no one else rented the top of the lodge, so it was a quiet stay with...

Just far enough away.A hidden place kept as a secret from the world which makes you feel at home. The owners and staff are the most accommodating people I’ve ever met in their profession. We rented a vehicle from the establishment and picked by hotel staff who at first chauffeured us to the lodge, a short drive from the airport,...

Three of us stayed 4 nights at T&S, having daily business meetings in town. Speaking for myself, and a resident of Las Vegas, I loved it. T&S sits near the edge of a volcanic cliff awith amazing views of the bay below. During storms a few nights, the waves pounded the cliffs that shook the ground slightly rattled the windows....

Every time I travel to AS, the only place to stay is the Turtle & Shark Lodge. This is a great out of the way, private location w/ so much to offer a guest. First off it is truly a home w/ Kitchens, Dining and Living rooms with access to a pool, tennis courts and semi private beach. Secondly, the...

Stayed at Turtle & Shark for three days in late September, and had the whole guest area to myself, stayed in the three bedroom apartment on the ground floor with kitchen. Beautiful location, incredible variety of birds, Samoan flying foxes and a small but really nice beach within walking distance. J.D. is a great host/manager and as I didn't have...

My family and I stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and had a wonderful time. The lodge was beautiful with fantastic facilities for my family. The kids enjoyed the pool, the view out to the beaches below and playing tennis. The lodge was a hidden treasure in Vaitogi. JD was helpful and responsive. My family and I would most certainly...

Found this accommodation "on the net" and decided to give it a try. Communication with JD (the manager and I think owner) was quick and clear. No deposit required, and going rate was US $75.00 per room. Was picked up at the airport by JD (free pick up). JD turned out to be just as friendly in the flesh as...

I stayed a total of five days with my wife at Turtle & Shark Lodge in Tutuila Island. This is a very fine lodge located in the southernmost part of Tutuila Island in America Samoa. It is near Vaitogi Village in remote area in the proximity of Fagatele Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Our room (called Turtle in the first floor...
