Basic room Pros: everyday room service, free drop off at GPO at 10am, they replace towels everyday, airport transfer(10$) just ask for it. Cons: free coffee every morning however please be reminded about sanitation in making coffee. Saw the lady in reception using her water bottle( where she drinks water directly) to fill water on the thermos with coffee.

It's kinda old and not super clean, but rooms are definitely not that bad after all. Bed is very comfortable and wifi/parking is for free. Aircon works fine. Location is acceptable, especially if you have a car. I've got a special deal and paid only $38 a night which is an excellent value for Guam. Considering the price I couldn't... More

After four days at the Guam Plaza hotel we moved down to Marine Corps, Dr.to the Tamuning Plaza Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. A bit off the beaten track compared to being mid-town at the GPH this hotel offered all we needed for five nights. It looked dated and the décor does leave a lot to desire, but the beds... More

The location is not especially great, and I would not stay there without a car. Only great thing about this was free parking, a comfortable bed and A/C. The hotel is really old and worn out. I don't mind stains on the carpet too much, but no soap for the shower and the tapestry coming off really isn't charming. Night... More

The room we got for the night was clean and huge, and didn't smell, contrary to what other reviewers have mentioned. Of course there's no view, it is located in a plaza. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, it's ideal for overnight stays, and modestly priced. There were no unsavory characters at the hotel and we did NOT feel... More

We stayed here for one night because we had a layover in Guam. I think this was the worst hotel we have ever been to. The taxi driver tried to warn us that there was a better hotel for around the same price range but we just brushed his advice off since we're not picky people expecting anything great for... More

When you search the hotel location in web it is a little bit creepy because of the slightly dilapidated building in front of it which is an old and unused movie theater. We arrived around 3am in the morning. Exhausted of the flight and we've got is an unpleasant welcome and confusion from the guy in the reception hall. It... More

This hotel was one of the cheapest and the location not too bad. Thats the only reason I stayed there and to be honest, I still got disappointed. The hotel is very old, at least it looks like! The carpets are very dirty and def. need to be replaced. The bed was not comfortable (pers. pref.) and you can hear... More

This holiday trip was planned last minute, we couldn't find any vacancies that's not too far from Naval Base and ABC, so despite the negative reviews, we had no choice. Stained carpet, our room at 3rd floor smells bad, dark hallways, hot water was off for a night, no elevator. We don't mind staying in old hotels as long as... More

Okay, first of all I grew up on Guam and never had a need to stay at a motel, so I have never heard of most motels here. I am stationed in Cali & was coming home for a week of leave . The pictures online are deceiving and probably from when the hotel was fairly new . When we... More
