Beautiful modern cottages. Everything--appliances, decor, flooring-- up to date. Beautiful cove location on the quiet side of MDI. A medium sized negative: "free" kayaks, but limited avalability. When we stayed, only half the cottages were rented, but no kayaks available. Solution: buy more kayaks!!

No Kayaks, but there are canoes for guest use. We have rented kayaks for the week and they are delivered to the cottages. Gail and Carroll allow guests to keep their kayaks along the fence. The bay is such a beautiful... More
No Kayaks, but there are canoes for guest use. We have rented kayaks for the week and they are delivered to the cottages. Gail and Carroll allow guests to keep their kayaks along the fence. The bay is such a beautiful place. It's nice to be able to put out directly from the cottages.
Don't kayak on Long Pond where the kayak rentals are. The wind on the way back is a killer.
