We stayed only for one night here at Ivy Manor but what a fantastic impression it left. Upon arrival Bob Stanley checked us in, he remembered me from the conversation we had when I made my reservation weeks prior. He gave us a tour of the inn and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Our room was absolutely spotless,...

Bob & Judy are very gracious hosts. The breakfasts were delicious! Loved the bacon! Bob took the time to share the history of the inn and show us to our room and helped with our luggage. Very comfortable beds and beautiful antiques! You cannot beat the location of this inn...right in the heart of downtown restaurants and shopping! Book early...

Ivy Manor Inn has a fantastic location right downtown on the main street of Bar Harbor. Could not be more convenient to everything, yet has lots of on-site free parking in the rear. The Inn is an extremely attractive house, well-maintained and comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and nicely-furnished, with a very comfortable four-poster king bed. Bathroom a tad...

Judi and Bob at the Ivy Manor Inn hosted my husband and I, and our families for our intimate Maine wedding in September 2016. We stayed at the Ivy Manor, and had Judi and her restaurant Pascone’s cater our dinner for our wedding night. Staying at the Ivy Manor is delightful. Every detail is enchanting, and we felt like we...

Our stay here was wonderful. The room was quaint and had lots of character. The inn keepers were friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat, things to do such as tours, and would even make the reservations. They had a really nice back deck to enjoy a bottle of wine after a day of exploring. The location was...

Judy and Bob run a fantastic top of the line B&B with above average amenities including a cozy little bar off to the side and Judy's OUTSTANDING restaurant Pascone's Ristorante - do not miss the opportunity to dine here as Judy will soon have her 4 Diamonds back! Their paella is extraordinary. Ivy Manor is conveniently located in the thick...

We weren't sure what to expect as we don't often stay in Bed and Breakfast hotels, but we were very nicely surprised. The owners were really hospitable, the breakfast was fantastic and the location is perfect. You are in the middle of town with restaurants and shops all around. The Inn even has an Italian restaurant. The rooms are B&B...

This is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. Elegant house with period furnishings, lovely room, central Bar Harbor location near shops, restaurant and cozy bar on the first floor, and very nice hosts and staff. The dinner, outside on their patio, was splendid.

Family of 4 stayed here. Pros: Owners are incredibly nice Excellent location (walk to water, restaurant, shops) Short distance to Acadia entrances Breakfast was good Cons: We stayed in adjoining rooms 6A and 6B which are in the back of the inn. Based on their website I didn't realize that the second room had a pullout bed, not a real...
