This hotel had it all. The king sized bed was comfy and had more than enough pillows. The bathroom was large and well appointed. Our balcony overlooked the water and glorious foliage on the hillside. In the evening there was a piano bar in the "Great Room". This featured a lit fire, loveseats and sofas in arranged in small conversation...

Beautiful views from our room. Good location, friendly staff, nice room. Continental breakfast was a joke, not to many options and closed at 9 even on weekends. We had a load squeak in our bathroom floor that was very annoying, felt sorry for the people below us.

We stayed second week of October and the color was at peak in Maine. The view from the 3rd floor mesintop(sp) room was lovely. There was a gas fireplace, large bathroom and continental breakfast available everyday. The only downside was when you opened the balcony french doors there was a lot of traffic noise from below. Other than that -...

We spent 4 nights at the Bluenose Inn. Our room was on the 3rd floor which offered beautiful views. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Though it was somewhat dated. The small refrigerator is located under the sink which was a pain to get in and out of. The indoor pool area was very nice. The continental breakfast area...

The Blue Nose Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We just spent five great days at the Inn. This was our fifth year staying there. Everything about the Inn is great. At night there is a wonderful piano player in the Great Room, his name is Bill Trowell. He is a very talented man, and so nice. I have...

The inn is a nice place to stay, but it's not anything fancy. Our room had a beautiful view of Frenchman Bay, and there were comfortable plastic sitting chairs on the balcony to enjoy an afternoon libation while watching the sunset. The room was roomy enough and was comfortable, but if you're into watching TV, forget it--the hotel doesn't get...

My son and I were visiting for a quick hiking trip. The Bluenose Inn was centrally located to Acadia National Park and the Village of Bar Harbor. The Inn was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and one staff actually went way out of his way to help us. unfortunately the meals were very pricey therefore we ordered off grounds. The resturant was uphill from the rooms but they did have a golf cart that carried us up. I was with a tour group so that may be why we got...

We had a Stenna Nordica King room ( for 2 ) on the 3rd floor. Amazing views over the bay and cruise ships anchored.Probably my favourite out of the 7 hotels in our 19 day trip.. Really nice, huge comfortable bed. Free shuttle bus to the town centre and back every 30 mins until about 8.15p British guests at the...

We had 3 nights at the Bluenose in October and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was excellent and hotel amenities were also good. We didn't use the gym but the indoor pool and hot tub were very nice indeed. The staff was also very friendly and each evening a local gent plays the grand piano in the hotel...
