We have used this hotel before for our team and we do come back to it--although it is NOT a favorite.
On the plus side, the staff are very friendly and not stuffy. Real people and helpful. The lobby is lovely and so is the...More
This was a lovely hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was supplied. Laundromat was half a dozen doors down which was a plus. They also supplied a shuttle to pick you up and drop you downtown. The only downside was the street which...More
Best staff we've ever experienced. Friendly and helpful! Clean rooms and great breakfasts. Hotel shuttle was great too!
And to anyone that complains about the condition/people on the street --> you know it's San Francisco right? Don't take Ellis south of the Cova.

Good day Kat,
So sorry for the delay in response. The hotel is centrally located to many bus stops. Depending on where you are heading, we are less than 4 blocks away for a bus stop where your muni pass can be used. Just letting you know that we do have a complimentary shuttle service to take you to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, and Japantown/Civic Center Bart. What a lot of our guests are saying about utilizing Uber and/or lyft is true. As a SF native, Lyft is my bestfriend.
As for your luggage, the only time we would charges $2.00 is in the case you would be checking out and leaving your bags over a long period of time. Other than that reason, holding your luggage is complimentary.
