We stayed between May 2nd and May 6th 2017 in a room on the 8th floor facing the windows of the two other rooms (no view). The personnel at the reception were very helpful and curtoues. The room was very small with North American standards. The bed was very confortable and clean. However the curtains needed some upgrade. In the hole...

I stayed in room 403, comfortbale two double beds. The room was quiet and a nice temperature, the beds were good. I loved all the modern niceties that Zetta puts in every room. Treats and booze and bubbly and water. A very nice bathroom. Everthing felt very clean. Downstairs there is a surprisingly cool Brit-themed restaurant and a bar opposite...

I found Hotel Zetta through a Hotwire deal- I always dislike staying at THE conference hotel when traveling for business. I LOVED this hotel! Small, quirky & artsy, in a GREAT location away from the convention crowds, yet an easy 2 block walk to & from. Our room was TOTALLY quiet with no city noise. Loved Cafe Venue next door...

Our family of 3 (including toddler) stayed at this hotel in April for 4 nights in a Superior King. We chose this hotel as part of our road trip, due to the location, the fact that it’s part of the Viceroy Hotels Group with, as well as the style. It wasn’t easy finding the hotel, as our GPS kept taking...

Cannot say enough about this place. the entire place exceeded all expectations. From the Valet attendants to the check-in/out was seamless. The decor as well was spartan but stunning. I will only stay here on my future visits. Thanks

The staff was incredibly professional and personable. I was unexpectedly upgraded to their suite - which was not necessary but exciting. Super cute living room in the suite with TV, record player with albums and a video game console. The king bed was comfortable and cozy. I was only there for a night to attend a nearby conference. The lobby/bar/lounge...

We stayed for two nights with two teenagers, who just loved the playroom! We liked the deco and vibe in the main lobby/bar and play area. Rooms are ok. Location is perfect! Another great add on is Michelle, big thank you! she contacted us on behalf of Zetta, a week before our visit and organised our bookings and bike rentals!...

When we arrived late, straight from the airport, the first thing the guy said was "Welcome" and the second thing was "May I offer you a beverage?" - if there is a better way to greet guests at a hotel, I'd like to know.

David G, I know, from a personal experience, that a drink after a long trip is in need! And I cant think of a much better way to be greeted at a hotel than you described. Cheers! -Vilen G Operations Manager

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
