We were very happy with the room, gym, restaurant, game room and location - but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Rosemary, Elena and Vilen for continually going above and beyond to see that our needs were met and always with a smile. Thank you!

We stayed at the Hotel Zetta for 4 nights and had a fabulous stay. The lobby atmosphere was energetic and happening. Our teenage kids loved the Virtual Reality and other games in the lobby as well. Spacious room, friendly staff, and really helpful concierge service. A great alternative to the big chain hotels.

From the moment I walked in the door the friendly staff treated me like an individual person, making me feel like an invited guest, not just another bean to be processed and counted. Even the night/early AM staff was friendly (while being direct & competent, as you'd want from somebody charged with keeping an eye on things during odd hours)....

Wonderful hotel in a great location for the convention centre and close to Union Square. The décor is quirky and modern. My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of space in the bathroom for all my cosmetics! Great desk space for working and plenty of sockets to charge all my electrical things. Nice...

The location is great, walking distance to many locations and BART- and Muni stations next to the hotel. The room was good, beds a little soft for my own likings. Plenty of thigs to do at hotel, including two pool tables. Service was fine, nothing wrong with that. Did not try the breakfast, mainly due to the a la carte...

Having stayed in a number of hotels in a lot of places I can safely say the Zetta's staff were amongst the most friendly, courteous and helpful I have come across. Nothing was too much trouble, they were loaded with information and really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was also really nice, we had a big room, plenty...

I have been staying at the Hotel Zetta over the last 18 months.. it has become my "home away from home" when in SF. MishoVD, Our central location staff make the Zetta a top destination boutique in San Francisco! Our team really does go above & beyond for our guests...and so does our restaurant and bar team. This hotel is in a great location of the city. It's literally next to Westfield Mall and around the corner from BART (train transportation). Since SF is 7x7, you can easily take public transportation, walk, or Uber from Zetta and reach the other end of the city in a reasonable amount of time. There isn't a parking garage, so you'll...

ChrissyJoy17, Thank you for the nice words! Anytime we can impress a native San Francisco then we consider our job well done. I'm sure that being a local you can understand the parking situation downtown. Our valet is a great option which allows 24 in and out access for our guests. Come by and hang out with us again...I promise...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
