Jan, our host is adorable. The Patio Room was terrific, the location is perfect. My new favorite place. I love the separate entrances and the room is absolutely silent. The breakfast sounded fabulous, but we had to leave early. Highly recommend.

We had a car and were able to park it a block away. You have to be aware of street cleaning days and read signs to be sure what side of street to park on.
