We booked through a timeshare and were pleasantly surprised by the location. Walking was easy to: Chinatown, Financial district, Russian Hill, Fisherman's wharf, union square. And the transit system is super close. We were in room 11, which is TINY. 1 nightstand and 1 double...More
This hotel's only saving grace is it's location. it is convenient to basically everywhere in the city. however, there are so, so, so many drawbacks. Firstly, the staff is inconsistent to say the least. when we first checked in, we were dropped off by my...More

Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that
followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.

We booked through rci and received tiny (even though we have platinum) room 11. I'm not sure if you can request a certain unit. I would contact the hotel before booking through rci, maybe they can help you decide
