I stayed here for two nights while in town for work. I love it! It's very unique - the sherry and cookie reception is an adorable touch. Despite rumors, I don't think it's haunted. I stayed on the third floor which is a "hot spot" apparently and I never felt uncomfortable. It's definitely decorated to create a bit of an...

Thank You vanessa614, You made our day with your wonderful 5 STAR review. Victorian homes are a huge part of San Francisco's charm. Most visitors can only enjoy their external beauty. But a stay at the Queen Anne offers an authentic Victorian experience on the inside. Our goal is to transport our guests back to a more relaxed and elegant...

The location is in a quiet part of San Francisco, close to several restaurants and Japantown. The hotel is decorated in a Victorian style which is its charm. The breakfast was good, bed comfortable. Yes the bathrooms are a bit dated, but it is a Victorian building. The highlight for us was the friendly staff, explaining how to get to...

Well where to start. When entering the queen Anne hotel is San Francisco. One gets the authentic feeling of the past. When I came to this hotel I had no knowledge of it's history. The lay out alone is something to be amazed by. I stayed in room 410. Now I have to say this. I had the hardest time...

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family that lives in the city. The hotel itself is very interesting. I learned after the first night here that the hotel is apparently haunted. We never heard or saw anything but this did add to the charm of the place. The staff were very friendly. They have a coffee and tea...

We were in the neighborhood for the birth of our first grandson. We absolutely loved our stay. The standard King was enjoyable and the Deluxe King was very roomy with beautiful lace curtains. The rates were reasonable the food was good and the Victorian decor was Awesome!

As we checked in, we were very impressed with the reception area, it felt like teleporting us 50 years back with a fire place and classical cozy furniture and paintings Room was clean with classic style furniture In the evening, I bought a bottle of wine from across the street and the staff opened and served for my wife and...

We spent two nights at the Queen Anne and wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants. It is nicely situated to do most anything you would want to do in San Francisco, also near cable cars and directly on the bus route. Our room was admittedly a...

The staff and amenities at the Queen Anne Hotel are wonderful. Great advice for seeing the best sights, lovely rooms with Victorian era charm, a surprisingly difficult thing to find in such an expensive and ever "improving" city. The breakfast is enough to get you going for an energetic day of exploring the fitbit friendly hills of SF. Depending on...

This is an awesome old boutique hotel located in a quiet area right near Japan Town (one of my favorite places!). There is a sitting room with a fireplace and relaxing chairs and it has a Victorian feel. Although I also like to stay in modern, airy hotels this hotel has great character and history and makes you feel right...

Thank You Chettel, So glad you experienced the relaxing atmosphere of the Queen Anne Hotel. The fireplaces are nice year 'round due to the foggy can cool summers that San Francisco is famous for. (Hat Tip: Mark Twain).

My second visit to this unique hotel by the bay. The place has charming personality and the staff is very informative and helpful. Had a photo shoot planned for Alcatraz Island, and wanted to capture some photos at the Queen Anne also. Stayed in room 410, which is suppose to be haunted. Didn't get much time to investigate, but that...
