Didn't quite know what to expect when we made our reservation for SOS. We opted for the two bedroom queen suite...one queen bed in each bedroom with a shower in between. Very very comfortable beds that smelled so lovely, like the sheets had been hung out to dry on a warm summer's day. Plenty of big fluffy white towels. Vizio...

This is a nice little place. we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to a lot of stuff. The rooms are small-this is not you're typical giant American hotel room and is more like you will find in other countries. The Mission room has no window to the outside which was a little bummer but it does...

I stayed at Sleep Over Sauce for 4 nights during the giant tech conference Dreamforce. I very much appreciate that the proprietors are one of the few in town that do not engage in extreme price gouging during that week. I was not expecting anything fancy based on the other reviews and it is basic. I stayed in the Castro...

We were arriving late into the city, so I did not want to spend a fortune for a place to sleep. I took a chance on Sleep Over Sauce since it is not a traditional hotel. I am very pleased with my decision. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is modern although space is small. One of...

I'm so glad I found this place! Though our room was small, the bed was comfy and clean. The whole room was clean and cute. The staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was very good. Perfect location in central donwtown. If I ever visit San Fran again, I will definitely re-book.

This place is very, very basic. I found it on the San Francisco Opera website and thought it sounded nice. But our bed, pillows and linens were really terrible. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows hard, flat little things, and the linens more than a little tired. My husband and I both work up repeatedly during the night...

Stayed here for 4 nights while in San Francisco. A grewt location close to MUNI. Nice owners with great restaurant below. Small breakfast is included which was nice to have. Price was reasonable for the city. No elevator...but everything else was great. Rooms were clean, etc.

After searching for a good and not too expensive hotel, I came across Sleep Over Sauce. It is a cozy B&B with few rooms, so it feels almost like having your own apartment in San Francisco. The rooms are small but clean and good, and breakfast is served, which is part of the price. It also includes a pin point...

This place is awesome. It's a great mix of Air B n B type and a boutique hotel. The staff is super friendly and they stay out of your way at the same time. Our room was the one in back with light and vey quiet. Place is clean and tidy and in a great part of SF. Great breakfast...

The most attractive recommendation for Sleep Over Sauce is its location in Hayes Valley--best neighborhood ever in SF. My husband and I visited SF to run in the Bay-to-Breakers race, so this hotel was right on the Muni line, convenient to everything we did. We also loved Sauce, the restaurant right under our room. This place, although with its charms...
