We have stayed there several times. We love the rooms and their bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and it is very quite. All of its staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is very handy and cheap using the public parking lot which is connected to the hotel. Night parking is like 13 dollars.

Out of this world, meaning US. Out of expectations from a 3/4 stars hotel. This place was a very pleasant surprise: kind service in all departments; very fine Japanese decorations in the room as well as in the conference area; nice small japanese style courtyards. It's connected to the Japan town center, where you can get several options for dining...

Hotel recommended by nearby hospital, when my partner was facing a very long hospitalization. The staff is friendly, professional & compassionate - very nice in the midst of a cosmopolitan area. Rooms are quiet, immaculate, nice size & comfortably appointed. Beds & bathrooms are perfect - soaking tub & great showers. Free wifi, newspapers & coffee in room & lobby....

Stayed in December 2016, 2 nights, 5th floor. The boyfriend had a residency interview with UCSF; Hotel Kabuki was one of the hotels that offered transportation to the Hospital and back. Room: We were given a king-bed corner room. Spacious room with great views of the city. CLEAN. The bathroom had a separate room for the toilet and a separate...

One of the best hotels in the heart of Japan Town of San Francisco. Nice, clean, convenient, staff are friendly and professional. This my second stay in 15 months, I always enjoy my time here. Highly recommended. Thank you, Hotel Kabuki! Keeping up the good work.

Hotel Kabuki has been our go to hotel for several years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the views of the city are beautiful. The value for Sf is very good and it has many restaurants and places of interest near by. The Fillmore Auditorium is within walking distance and the reason we stay here. Thank you to the staff...

Hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment, however this did not detract from my stay. Rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Although situated about 1.75 miles from Union Sq, this is not a major problem as the centre can be easily reached by walking / cab / uber. Hotel location meant a quiet nights rest.

My car was damaged when in the hands of the valets. The hotel is refusing to pay for the damage. The valet gave a different story then what actually happened. The Asst. Operations Manager talked to us when we discovered the damage. We told him what happened, yet for some reason they told the insurance company that we parked our...

Stayed for 3 nights in June and wish we had payed slightly more to stay in Union Square. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and we were off to our room. It certainly felt like an old hotel, tight corridors and rooms felt like stepping back in time. The rooms felt dated, the carpets looked like they...
