What a little gem. Walking distance to everything. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and a nice touch with free tea/coffee and cookies. So glad I chose this hotel to stay in for my first trip to San Fran

Personally speaking i wouldn't ask the Hotel if I was not a resident. Alternatively Powell st. Station is at the bottom of the hill, you could use their left luggage if their is one.
