All reviews are accurate!! The suites are huge, we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was great. It was good to have a little space, be able to do the washing and give the kids some down time. The car service they provided was great. Many a times it saved on taxis and public transport. I can not...

This was our second stay at Fairmont Heritage, Ghiradelli Square, and I would say, even better than our first. Probably made so by upgrading to a bay view 2 bedroom apartment, from the city view we had last time. Travelling with 3 children (aged 10, 9 and 6) in another country, the logistics of needing to do some washing, giving...

We stayed at the Fairmont Heritage this month in a roomy and very upscale suite. Upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly manner and given a tour of the hotel, showing us all the ins and outs of the place, which was very helpful to get us oriented. The card keys worked for the room and also for...

We stayed three nights in this hotel, located right within Ghiradelli Square. Rooms are small apartments and have washer/dryers, small kitchens and very nice modern bathrooms. Great if you are in the middle of a longer holiday and need to have some home comforts and the ability to do some laundry! Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is the first hotel in the USA that I found with a staff so kind and proactive You can tell that they enjoy serving you. The hotel is an excelent place close to the fisherman zone and just a minute from downtown. They have a house car and they pick you up or drop you off in a 2...

Our adult family of seven stayed for two nights here in one of their three bedroom suites and had a nice time. There was a large table in the kitchen area that we could use to bring our breakfast back to in the morning. That was really the best option anyways since they don't have much seating in their breakfast...

Just visited San Fran with my family. Three kids - ages 12,11 and 9. we wanted a spacious room with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a good location. This place was just that and way, way more. What we actually had was our own apartment within a hotel. 2 bedroom unit with a huge living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer...

Hotel is perfect - service is exceptional. Thanks to Cara the concierge for looking after some details for us before our arrival. Look foward to staying here again in the future! Car service is also a great bonus. Rooms have lots of space - nice to have all the kitchen amenities.

Fantastic apartment/hotel hybrid. Not like a regular hotels, in a good way. We had actual fancy martini and champagne glasses in the room. Great views, amazing customer service, central location, wine and cheese happy-hour. Can get a touch confusing trying to find your way back to your room, but I managed. Loved this place.

We chose the Fairmont Heritage Place for the first five days of our West Coast trip, and what a good choice it turned out to be. We booked a two bedroom city view apartment for two adults and two children (9, 11). The location was easy to find from SFO - just take the 101 to Van Ness Street, follow...
