The price was very low compared to what you receive. The continental breakfast was adequate. If you're traveling on a budget and don't want to stay in a hostel, this place is your best bet

I wanted to give Travelodge a chance to remedy the terrible stay but there has been no response. We thought that we were checking into the Travelodge by Fisherman's Wharf. My finacee and I checked in very late. The area was sketchy with men and women walking the hallways with sexualized and revealing outfits. The room itself was worst: the...

Housekeepers and maintenance were quick when my A/C was down. However, the front desk were never friendly the entire time I was there. I had to resort to asking our uber drivers for advice instead of them. Also a simple transaction to split payments at check out, turned into a nightmare. They ended up messing up so bad... I also...

Cheap and centrally located. Bad neighborhood, people loitering around the property and crackheads permitted to walk through the parking lot at all hours of the night. Zero security measures besides the lock on the door. Parking is $15 and limited and with issues. Young and inexperienced staff to deal with all the issues. Rooms are small, basic, and rundown.

I was pleased to see the new flat-screen TVs in the rooms, and enjoyed my stay. Juliana at the front desk is always friendly and super helpful - in fact, all of the front desk personnel have been really helpful! You can't beat the location, and the prices are always competitive! I will definitely be back!

I can write a whole page. It was so bad. The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy dirty. I had family along and I was embarrassed to have booked such a place. The female at the front desk who sits during a day was a mean female for the way she spoke to my father. I booked travelodge coz...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
