Me and my partner originally booked to stay here for 2 nights whilst we were visiting San Francisco - this shortly turned into a 1 night stay! On arrival we checked in and were immediately told to try and avoid going out at night in the local neighbourhood/district of Tenderloin, which the motel was right on the edge of, due...

Not the best neighborhood, a lot of homeless. But the rooms are super clean and modern. Staff is friendly and they have ample parking. They let us park our truck prior to the check in time and we used Uber to get around the city for the day.

I almost gave this property 3 stars...only because I think, for the price, it's probably worth that. You do get what you pay for. The hotel is centrally located, although walking around at night might frighten you a bit. Anything else in this price range did not have private bathrooms and were more like hostels. And, I definitely wasn't going...

There were several selections to choose from while searching for reservations.. yet Red Coach was a continuous option given by Internet searches..the room was very basic, the tv was small, there were no anemities at all. We asked for an iron and there was none. Would my family stay there again? Most likely no... but I must say Candy was...

Not very picky about asthetics typically so the bare bones room itself didn't bother me much but we couldn't access the wifi at all and had work to do, the network was there but no internet behind it. Spent a lot of time at Starbucks half a mile away. It feels like a secure place as you have to be...

The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was blood and a sewing needle with blood on the floor. I stepped on the needle but luckily the needle didn't break the skin on the bottom of the foot. The wifi was non existent, the excuse was that the router was out, we were not informed of this when we checked in. We...

Before I booked the hotel, I called them to ask if they might have a small refrigerator in their office where I could keep a couple of my cancer supplements. They said that they did, indeed, have an office refrigerator and that I was welcome to use it. When I arrived and went to the front office with my supplements,...

We stayed here for 4 nights in total and all in all it was a very comfy nights sleep. When we first arrived we were sent to a dirty room but as soon as we let them know we were upgraded and the staff were very apologetic. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy with very very...

This was a very inexpensive hotel my coworker and I booked, not knowing the status of the area. The staff was friendly, which helps when realizing what sort of neighborhood it's located in. The pros: it's a cheap hotel, the Bart transit subway is not too far of a walk. Busses are on all surrounding streets. You're surrounded by many...

The rooms are not as nice as the pictures. The service is terrible, everyone that works there has no idea of anything. I once asked for the manager a couple of time and he was never there, they told me to call him and he never answers. The only thing they want is your money. Go somewhere else!!!
