Good location, we walked from Civic Bart station with our suitcases but I wouldn't recommend that for the unfit! It's about a 15minute walk to fishermans Warf and the piers. Friendly staff, quick check-in. The hallways and lifts ect are a bit dated but very...More
Warning: this hotel is nothing like it's picture! Our room was infested with some type of gnat that began to take over our bed, bathroom and we even had several bug bodies floating into my coffee cup by the second day of our stay. Although...More
Room was located in the back of the hotel with an outside concrete walkway on the third floor. The room was small and had a bad odor. You also could hear your neighbors on both sides along with the stomping of feet from the room...More
My husband and I really loved this place, it was just what we needed for a couple of days to explore the city. A lot of cool stuff in walking distance (if you don't mind the hills, which we don't!) If you have a room...More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
