Not the kind of hotel I expected, it was cheap but clean (although it did look its age inside), no breakfast facilities, no tea/coffee facilities, and dispite there web site stating cable tv (there is none, and very old tv's too), it was more like staying in a hostel. There is no a/c and only one small window opened in...

I got it for a 5 day vaca for me and the GF. I am NOT picky, having spent decades traveling and living overseas. I have been to San Fran a bunch. This hotel is not worth the 90 bucks I paid per night. Location is great. It isn't very clean. The toilet seat wasn't attached. There is no ac....

With some of the reviews here I wasn't expecting much but the hotel exceeded my expectations, We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October so lack of air con wasn't a problem, we booked a "double en-suite" which is exactly what we got, OK the room wasn't the biggest we've stayed in but it was adequate, the room...

This is a small, inexpensive hotel in a good location in San Francisco. I stayed one night. The room was small, but clean. The desk staff were exceptionally helpful. As others have indicated, there are an insufficient number of electrical outlets, and they were not near the head of the bed in my room. If you stay here and this...

Tone in emails unacceptable! Got charged an additional $15 that were not shown on the initial quote (allegedly for service fees) and when I questioned via email after out stay, I got told by Tim, one of the receptionists I had been in touch with before to book the room, that, I am quoting, 'it should not be a problem...

This hotel is close to Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District. The trade off for the lower price is an old and dated hotel. Also be aware, there is no air conditioning, which is a greatly appreciated amenity during +80 degrees weather. The shower curtains in our room had stains that looked alot like blood, yuk.... no double yuk!...

The first thing you notice when you walk into this "hotel" is the smell of faeces, sweat and Asian food combined. The majority of the staff are clueless and unfriendly. Our room was very dirty with chips and biscuit crumbs on seats. However this wasn't so much of a concern for us as much as the moulded tiles and shower...

Booked a room with Mithilda - the hotel has a strange layout. As our rooms was not ensuite, we had to walk to the end of the building just to use the bathroom and shower. Shower was a small cubicle that is really small and you can't really hang your stuff anywhere so usually it gets wet. Room itself is...

We stayed here for a few nights. The location was perfect in terms of restaurants and location to union square. The room had everything we needed, toiletries were supplied, the wifi was really good and the towels were replaced daily. We arrived at 1pm and were given early check in with no hassle too, which was great! In saying this,...

The Mithila was undergoing some work, but was more than adequate for our needs. It was clean, and the staff was amicable, the room was quaint, and the location was great for our quick trip for a nearby concert.
