you would expect more. central location but tiny rooms, little light, could get quite noisy. service is average. not adapted for business or families, maybe a short stay, touristic weekend. globally next time, I'll choose another one

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and I felt safe. The price was lower then most other hotels I checked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would surely stay here again,

I got an incredible deal on a 7-night Single Room stay. The room was clean and cozy with simple tasteful decor. I slept well. Just what I needed. Front desk folks are super-friendly. Did not try the breakfast, but so many eating options outside. My room was away from the club downstairs, so there was no noise problem. Location is...

The hotel is well located, and economical - however we found the room to be hot and stuffy - and without air-conditioning would have been unpleasant. The biggest gripe, however, was the "light breakfast", which basically was a choice between pastries, danishes or cake, and tea/coffee/juice and a small selection of fruit (granny apples or oranges). We ended up buying...

San Fran is freezing so pack something warm.Hotel fusion is recently updated and clean. staff are realy friendly and helpful with letting you know where to catch the cable cars. In San Fran we went to Alcatraz and Pier 39 and Fishermens wharf. A must see.

The staff and management are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean, quite, and more than adequate for anyone's needs. I never have any problems and always make it a point to stay here when I'm in town. The Best Value for your Money, so I give it a thumbs up with an A+.

I booked a small room for the smaller price and it was very small. The room was very clean and the staff kept that way. My room was on the second floor between buildings off of Ellis Street that had a roof between buildings just below my window, this made it uncomfortable to leave the wind open. The location is...

This hotel has the potential to be one of the best hotels in the popular downtown union square area of San Francisco, however it far from meets this potential. The hotel is clean and adequately maintained but that is about it as far as its good points. We arrived on the first leg of our honeymoon and the staff at...

We stayed at this hotel in July on the third leg of our USA trip. I can only give this hotel a 1 star at best. The rooms are dark and musty and in need of a total revamp, we had ripped blinds at the windows the a/c didn’t work properly and that was the better room of the two...

The hotel is in a good location, central to the shopping district. The rooms are small and not very modern, with noisey air conditioning systems, and the beds not overly comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay but it may well not have been. It would only be of hostel standard. Staff were nice and helpful.
