After 6 weeks on the road, and 14(!!) different hotels, Suites at Fisherman's Wharf provided a great end to a great trip. The rooms are well laid out, the kitchen is very well equipped and the Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home or provide assistance. Superb location, very central yet extremely quiet. Parking, while...

This is a prime location for site seeing! We walked everywhere from here, covered about 40 miles by the end of the week! The cable car stops right out front if you'd rather ride. The rooms are beautiful, service was excellent. We had a great time and I would gladly return!

A group of 4 stayed at the Suites for 6 nights and it was great. The location was perfect - right on the cable car line. It can be noisy if you are near the corner but it's fine with the windows closed. There is a wonderful rooftop patio with a 300 degree view of the bay and the wharf....

I was more than please with this property. The location was perfect; right at the corner of Hyde and North Point. The Hyde-Powell cable car stopped on that corner. The Muni buses (two lines) stopped there too. It is two blocks (straight uphill) from the Bay and Hyde Street Pier and an easy walk to Pier 39 and beyond. The...

This hotel was in the middle of evrything. A trolley car stop just outside the front door. Two blocks from the wharf and one block from Ghirdelli. An added feature is that they had onsite parking so you don't have to find parking on the street.

Stayed here for the week of September 11th. Staff is Excellent! Our room was very nice, quite homey infact. It was a bit noisy, but considering it is only a block from the Wharf, I guess that is to be expected. Nice patio to sit out on and watch all the action after a day of exploring. Took public transportation...

Thank you for writing a review for us! That is a very good tip you mentioned about getting the 7-day City pass. San Francisco visitors are very lucky in that you get to pretty much anywhere you want to go just using public transportation. Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you back to The Suites!

very nice hotel for family vacations. It's expensive which is normal in SF. It's next to the Fisherman's Wharf, and the cable car stop is right on site. We though of staying in Airport to save some, but now we knnow we made the right decision. Commuting from Airport to the City will be nightmare, and you will lose your...

This was the first hotel of our US vacation, and a great starting point. Room was perfect for us, clean and spacious, with a breathtaking view to Alcatraz (and there is a roof terrace with an even better view). Many attractions in walking distance (Fisherman's Warf, Lombard Street, even Coit Tower). Friendly staff.

The rooms are very large and clean. We don't usually rent a car when we go to San Francisco so it was helpful that the cable car and buses stop in front of the hotel. Trader Joes, grocery store in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in a room right by the...
