The Inn at Presidio provides one of the most tranquil and comfortable lodging options we've experienced in San Francisco and anywhere else. The spaciousness of the rooms, the quality of service, the friendliness of the staff, and amenities like the buffet breakfast and afternoon wine and snacks hour add up to an experience that won't be forgotten soon.

If "old soldiers never die, they just fade away", is true for the soldiers, We found out that old Army Posts never die or fade away! In the case of the Inn at the Presidio, they instead get reinvented to resemble a little slice of Heaven! One stay at this Inn and you will be sure to come back again...

We loved the buildings history, having been an old Army Veteran, the location and wonderful surroundings. It is very convenient to the Korean War Memorial multiple other venues such as Disney Museum and the Presidio Museum. Very convenient to many excellent restaurants in the city.

A great place to stay in San Francisco. You wake up in the woods...a flock of parrots chirp overhead. Raccoons peek from behind the eucalyptus trees to see if you're still there. You can't be in the middle of the best city in the world...but you are. Only in San Francisco!

Plan time to explore the Presidio. Inn is walking distance to restaurants (The Commissary) and the SF Golden Date Bridge. Also a great hiking spot up into the trees. The views are wonderful. Staff is warm and friendly, a very comfortable Inn.

Don't expect any customer service, don't bother giving a friendly hello to staff, they will look at you as an inconvenience to their day. It is clear that you are merely a transaction. Rooms are aging. Location is amazing and accommodating to outdoor activities.

We have come here during the Christmas season with my son and family for the past three years. The Inn is a welcoming experience with their lovely decor and hospitality wine and cheese gathering in the evening and continental breakfast in the morning. The quietness of the Inn just outside the urban center of San Francisco and the views are...

We spent two nights at the Inn in a one bedroom suite on the second floor. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our two adult daughters shared the pull out bed in the sitting room and were comfortable there. The room included an excellent continental breakfast with pastry, fresh fruit, sausage, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. The staff is friendly...
