Just finished up a weeklong stay here. I liked the view from my room and the selection of food each morning in the grand club. The fitness center was adequate and not too crowded in the evening. Aside from that, there isn’t much else to...More

This was my first time ever visiting the Grand Hyatt, I was greeted with a friendly smile, valet person told me to make sure and get my ticket validated otherwise my charge would be extremely expensive. My meeting took place on the very top floor,...More
My boyfriend and I stayed here the day after Christmas. We were upgraded for $25.00 to the 17th floor? With a view of union square. Absolutely worth it!! The women at check in was so friendly, I wish I got her name. Room clean and...More
I am a mature business woman who travels frequently. Due to the airport being closed, I checked in at 2:00 am. There was no on-site parking. When I parked in front of the hotel for a few minutes to try to determine where the parking...More
Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theatres in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.
I am not sure, probably lowest floor and I don't recommend to get a room on lowest floor since the street is a little bit noisy ( if you are sensitive to the noise)
Floor 15 and up is a better deal with union square view.
