Just had a really warm and friendly experience at the Grand Hyatt SF. I travel over 200 nights a year around the world and these guys are up there with the best. The One Up lounge has a good selection of wines by the glass. The Grand Club staff are so friendly and will go way beyond their job to... More

This hotel is excellent. We got a room facing downtown SF and the bay.. It is definitely one excellent view of the beautiful city. Rooms are decently sized for a hotel in downtown SF, and impeccably clean. Location is great! Within walking distance to the many department stores and restaurants. Concierge is also always very helpful and friendly. Now on... More

This is my second stay at the Grand Hyatt since the renovation (the first was actually during the renovation). The hotel is in a great location, nice and very modern. The rooms are good size and most, at least on upper floors, have great views. The lobby makes it feel more like a boutique hotel. The staff are very helpful.... More

I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 teens) arriving on 7th April for 6 days. When you arrive, super greeting from doormen and lobby reception team, very informal and friendly yet efficient. Obviously coming from the UK we were all very tired on arrival, were given a room on the 12th floor so off we went, I will... More

The hotel was a perfect location to explore San Francisco during my first visit to the city. However, be warned - the rooms are not very soundproof - I could hear every word the two families next to me said, and they were not particularly noisy.

We stayed 8 nights on Bay View Room, on the 26th floor. The outstanding view from the room on sunrise or sunset worth every nickel. Except for some police sirens from the city during day (after all this is center of town), no noise came into room. we had quite nights. The service is beyond our expectation. for example: there... I stayed here for the first time and was completely pleased with the hotel and its location. The room was clean, modern and quite accomodating. It's centrally located- walking distance from most places, shopping, restaurants etc. The hotel staff was also helpful. I checked in late and was helped to find a local restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The Grand Hyatt staff greeted me with a big smile, and that's always the best first impression. The lobby is quite small and informal so I immediately started wondering what the rooms would be like. The Grand Hyatt is very well located and a well run property. I visit two or three times a year, and this is always my hotel of choice in SF. Rooms are spacious and amenities are above average. Valet parking is pricey as it is in any urban hotel. The Club Level for Hyatt members is especially nice. A full... More
