The construction noise from union square ruined our sleep. The rooms are not constructed to handle any bit of extra sound. where its from the construction or the neighboring rooms. Rooms are very small aswell .

My daughter and I stayed here for our quick trip to the city. We wanted to shop near Union Square, we were attending a show at the Orpheum, and we had an appt. near Sutter and VanNess so the location was perfect for us. We drove into the city and parked at the Sutter-Stockton garage which is basically across the...

You cannot ask for a nicer, friendlier hotel in Union Square. We had a wonderful view of the city, the buffet breakfast can't be beat, and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. If you like to work out, what better way than overlooking the city!

Service forms a big part of my impressions of hotels, so the Grand Hyatt was a terrible experience. It took housekeeping an hour to deliver a charger for my laptop, and when I called at the 30 minute mark the operator's response was "I don't know what to tell you." My $10 room service bill (for 5oz of ice cream,...

Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to ensure request items are delivered to our guests on a timely manner but it seems we fell short during your stay, please accept my sincere apology for the delayed service. Service fee and $5 delivery charge are standard for room service order and these fees are listed on the bottom...

I was very happy to utilize the mobile check in and mobile key. It was great to enter and walk past the registration desk!! I had previously requested any free upgrades and was happy to be assigned the 32nd floor! We loved our room and would be happy to return. The room was small but had a great view and...

I stayed here three nights on business. The check-in experience could have been a little better - rather slow and a bit of a line. The room itself was great - large, comfortable bed with a big clean bathroom and a good view. Two complaints - the coffee machine made atrocious coffee; basically tasted like hot water. And I found...

I really enjoyed the stay in the Grand Hyatt while going to the Apple WWDC 2015, just as the years prior to that. Great service, location, hotel and views. Just what you want in SFO if you are there on business or leisure, with family or without.

Stayed here for three nights. The hotel is very centrally located right in the heart of The City, near Union Square. Steps away from great shops, restaurants and attractions. The Bell staff and Front Desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 31st floor with a beautiful view of Coit Tower and Bay Area. The room was...

I am satisfied with all aspects of my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free wifi internet offered in the rooms was very fast. Room service was great.
