This hotel was in a fantastic location although it was just a hotel. It is very clean but quite small. We traveled with my Husband and myself and two 15 year olds. Small for families but they did provide a roll away bed for an additional cost. The staff were fantastic. There was a coffee perculator in the room and...

Great tourist location for the wharf. Hotel is clean and accommodating, staff was helpful. Close to the cable car line. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Liquor store right next door so don't pay the exorbitant hotel price for a beer or wine. We had a room on the alley which was a bit loud at times. Overall hotel was...

We were given a newly refurbished room on the 4th floor. It was the largest room I have ever had. Tastefully furnished with large bathroom/bath. Unbelievably comfortable bedding including pillows. The staff were brilliant. Helpful and accommodating. The only negative I would say is that we had a room facing the courtyard which is shared by several other business (including...

This hotel had good reviews but it is very basic. The staff are very nice and helpful but the rooms are motel- style. There's nothing special - ordinary cosmetics, small towels, no robes. Rooms are dark and ordinary. It's all ok but that's it. The bed is comfortable but at nearly $400 per night you should get more. I know...

We apologize that your stay at our hotel was unsatisfactory. We apologize that we do not provide bathrobes or bottled waters in the rooms. We are currently in the process of updating our rooms and public places. This will definitely change the look and feel of our hotel. Fisherman's Wharf is one of the top sightseeing destinations in San Francisco,...

Booked this hotel because I was hoping to walk everywhere - which did not happen. Yes, it is a block from the pier, however that was the only plus. The only parking option is $38 plus tax daily for valet. Laundry room has 2 small washers and dryers, each $1.50 with complimentary laundry products in the lobby. There is no...

This hotel is conveniently located to the touristy pier area of San Francisco. You can walk to the stores, restaurants and other sites. Close to the tour bus pick up and drop off areas. I've stayed at this hotel a few times because of location. It's a little tired looking on the inside and the rooms are a bit dated....

We are happy to inform you that our rooms and public areas are being updated. We are excited about this project and we hope that you will...

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The only reason you would pay The price for this hotel would be location location location. It was walking distance to fisherman's wharf which made it acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is nothing to brag about. My biggest disappointment was no kind of complementary breakfast not even a...

Thank you for staying at our hotel. I apologize that you felt disappointed with our hotel and our rates. I have checked and at the time of your stay, our prices were comparable to the hotels within the area, if not one of the more reasonable. Our breakfast is not included with our rates. I will extend your appreciation to...

Valet staff very welcoming and unpacked our car transferring our luggage to our room immediately. Gave us plenty of information for our stay. Carpets are being replaced so the halls were a bit of a mess with plastic sheeting up and smells unpleasant. Good size room for four, room and bathroom clean. Great location for Fishermans Wharf and tours, but...
