Some locations get it all right, the Hyatt in Fischermenswarf is just not one of them.. For our 2 day FTC2016 conference we looked for a high end en professional event location in San Francisco. With over 200 participants from 50 different nationalities, speaking close to 38 different languages a pro-active and experienced venue partner is very important to us....

Stayed 2 nights in December 2016 for work. The hotel is walking distance to work and much better than the others in the immediate area. Rooms are basic and although I had a pool facing room there was continuous noise coming from either the plumbing or the heating which would wake you up at night. The staff service was prompt...

Personally if you are looking for a soothing vacation especially during this Christmas season with your family and filled with joy I'd say avoid this hotel especially if you are checking in during the late night shift as the front desk lady I checked in with was as cold as the winter comes. The front desk lady I'm speaking of...

We stayed for 3 nights and is very close to all the restaurants, shops, bike rental, and Alcatraz boats. Clean bed and bathroom, there is also a restaurant connected to the hotel which has smaller menu but was nice to go have a drink and a appetizer at the end of the night.

We got a decent room, great customer service and concierge service (they tried to help me find a hotel room when Rush Creek Lodge suddenly cancelled their June...

My family reserved three rooms for a stay of five nights over Thanksgiving weekend. When we made the reservation, we requested that the rooms be close to one another. When one party arrived, we were told that two of the rooms could be together, but the other would be on another floor. We could live with that. However, when the...

Fisherman's Wharf was dirty. Too many homeless in the area. The hotel was nice and the service was friendly. Great recovery! The food and decor at the restaurant was excellent. We ate there 4 out of 7 night we stayed. The lady that waited on us (her name is MJ) was excellent. She was very hospitable, warm and made and...
