Interesting architecture, fun lively space in lobby and acesss to parking lot next store. Great location many restaurants are within walking distance. Our room had a lovely view and even though in a low floor it was quiet and we had a restful sleep.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The wheelchair accessible room was really accessible and comfortable. And the staff was extraordinarily helpful, even late at night when we needed the bed raised in order to fit the lift under it. The roll in shower was well designed and worked great. Could use a little more shelf space in the bathroom,...

The Hyatt Embarcardaro is a signature property with a huge atrium like the inside of a piano: the striking lines and angles of the interior walkways, elevators and lighting make it a unique visual space. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. There’s a bit of atrium noise and street noise at night due to the location, in the heart of...

We arrived considerably early so our room wasn't quite ready yet. We left our luggage with the bell hops and went out walking around for a short time when registration called us to let us know that our room was ready. Our guest room was very comfortable and clean. We had a fantastic Bay view. All of the staff was...

This is a great property in a great location. The Embarcadero is just steps from the back exit of the hotel. The BART and Trolley line are conveniently location in front of the hotel. The interior and rooms are very nice and spacious. We were very happy with our Bay View room and Veranda! There was soo much space to...

We stayed three nights. Great room with bay view. Spacious room and refrigerator was great for holding our wine. Fire alarm the first night was rapidly handled and we didn't have to leave the room. Hotel is located near Ferrr building and great restaurants were nearby. We'd stay here again!

I agree with another review, needs renovation. I was in a room was clean and comfortable but there was an adjoining room and I could hear them on the other side. The room did not have a full-length mirror which is important to me. The bathroom was too small and the door butted up against the toilet. The water took...

Staying in Financial District

Neighbourhood Profile
Financial District
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s version of Wall Street. The rush of business people make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of historic and contemporary architecture, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours, bars and restaurants quickly fill up with happy hour revelers. Stocks aren’t the only kind of market being followed, the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero is a gourmet food emporium and farmers market that will satisfy anyone working up an appetite.
