I stayed here for a few days in August with my daughter. We had a lovely room with two queen sized beds and a kitchen where I could make coffee (Illy) ever morning. Comfortable beds, soft robes and Jonathan Adler toiletries whose scent we both fell in love with, not to mention free wi-fi. The desk staff were friendly and...

We stayed here for 5 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great, our family room was clean and spacious. Muffins/pastries for breakfast then cookies available in the lobby in the afternoon. They gave us some tokens for a free drink at cocktail bar 'Swank' next door, but when we tried to go in we were told...

We have stayed here numerous times...it's our place to stay when we come to do things in San Francisco. The rooms are reasonable priced(it's San Francisco of course), and fairly near to shops where the locals shop. There is also excellent staff (a special shout out for Tanya at the front desk). The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable...

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed this hotel to discover what the city has to offer. Rooms are in need of a refresh but the service is warm and kind. Both management and the night reception clerk want to make sure you are comfortable. The location is a little aside the main attractions however the neighborhood is safe, street...

The room had a beautiful view and a very comfortable bed. Staff's service was also fantastic - very helpful and personable. Room-specific air conditioning would be a plus, but my room was quite comfortable anyway. My only complaint was the incredibly low water pressure in the shower, which may not be fixable.

Spacious suite, with a kitchen and super king bed. Thank you for taking the time to share about your impressions from your visit; when staying a few days, to be able to warm some soup or keep a sallad chilled along with beverages, could make the difference in ensuring a place feels like home-away-from-home, even if only for a couple of nights. I stayed at the Laurel Inn recently having had my eye on it as a destination for quite a while. Mainly because of the location as well as the JDV company and their products in general which appeal to me. Overall I give the property an OK mark. I found the room product quite basic and not really reflective of...
