The hotel was nice and well located. Good fitness center. My gold status only got donuts and coffee. I had a problem with checkin and when I spoke to the manager on duty, she was rude. All she had to do is apologize a few times with a nice attitude and I would have been fine. I understand that mistakes...

We just visited this location and we were nothing but satisfied with our stay. My husband called ahead and let them know the nature of our trip. We've been promising our niece a 1-1 trip to anywhere she wanted to go when she was 10....that was 5 years ago. She choose San Francisco. We have family in the area so...

The Parc55 hotel is located in a slightly noisier part of SF but if you make your reservation carefully, you will be rewarded with a wonderful stay. I had a corner room on a high floor (25) and loved it. The extra cost was worth every penny. The room was charming and the street noise was only occasionally noticeable (sirens...

Parc 55 looks very chic and modern, great location with a spacious lobby but the service is underwhelming, if not disappointing. Check-in had one person assigned despite the long queue and it was awhile before they opened up another counter. The electronic door lock was hard to open up with my smart phone - good thing I also had the...

We had a 3 day stay for my wife's birthday and Valentine's. Hotel is very clean and the room accomodations were great. It is located right next to a BART station and the cable car line. Tons of places to visit within walking distance as well. Expect a lot of homeless people outside and common downtown noise in your room....

1. The location is super-awesome - right in the middle of the shopping district, stone's through from the Powell st. BART station 2. Beautiful property - looks quite pretty from the outside; has a unique elevator request system 3. Check in was very smooth. Considering that i was a high-tier HHonors customer, Ms. Cristina Campbell offered me a room with...

Nice room, nice lobby, very nice overall appearance. Misleading in the sense that we thought breakfast was complimentary, but even the pastries & such were priced. The buffet was going to be $24. We also were unaware that were was going to be a charge if we wanted wifi.

My stay at the Parc 55 was generally favorable: nice location, friendly staff, incredible views and nice room. Unfortunately, I'm left with a terrible taste in my mouth due to some horrendous customer service upon my departure. Within 48 hours of my departure, I recalled leaving behind a pair of running shorts. I called the hotel, gave a very detailed...

Really surprised at how large the room was and very clean, wonderful staff, quite, although I didnot eat at the restaurant it was always busy. The only, complaint was no hot coffee in the lobby. You either had to go to the restaurant or next door to a local coffee shop.

Enjoyed our stay. Chinese New year was going on. This place is very convenient especially if you have BART access. Positioned on Powell street where the Cable cars are. Just get off Bart and take a left and you are there. Near Union Square 2 to 3 block walk. Theaters within walking distance and plenty of good eats all around.
