Stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel room clean and inviting with coffee and tea making in each room , the restaurant is a little expensive and so off to Burger King across the road , enjoyed it and would try here again

Good position a short walk to trams buses and trains. We walked to the fisherman's wharf, and got a tram back. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment. There is a Burger King right opposite which was convenient, as well as a few cafes. A short walk away there is also a 7/11 store. Would stay again.

We were upgraded to a higher room with a great view! Rooms had connecting doors. Service was excellent. Hotel is pet friendly. Neighborhood west of hotel (Tenderloin District) is very sketchy. San Francisco's homeless problem has gotten substantially worse.

One night stop over in SFO on my way from Mexico to Singapore. Selected hotel due to location; location is obviously great, price is super high (what you can have in Asia for that price is simply incomparable), hotel is clean, rooms and bathrooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. Did not try the restaurants. The only problem is the...

Thank you Philippe D for taking the time to provide us with your review. I sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance you experienced during your stay. The best part about this hotel has got to be the location of it. Next door to the cable car, buses, subway and a massive Westfield mall. Staff were very helpful and rooms were nice. Surprisingly there was no free wifi in the bedrooms which in very uncommon these days, especially given the price of the hotel. However, would recommend...

I previously stayed at hotel on business so decided to stay for personal trip. Very disappointed. First the check in line was extensive and long wait. Front desk people did. Not welcome nor smile. Just cold. Bathroom toilet did not work in room and since we were checking out they said we could use downstairs lobby bathroom. Unbelievable. Also out...

The hotel is just next to a BART station and Union Square. Great dining options in the hotel and around the hotel. Rooms even above 20th floor are a bit noisy but that is true for any hotel on Market St. Vents for fresh air in the rooms are a great addition. Overall this is my choice for stay whenever...

The hotel has an understaffed but large reception desk. It took us 20 minutes to check in at around 4 pm. Convenient for restaurants, shopping, and public transport and it's just as well. The hotel bar/ restaurant is a noisy sports bar, insufficiently sized for the size of the hotel and the menu is pretentious but limited in scope. Our...

Our room was on the 29th floor with a spectacular view of the city, including City Hall. The room was a good size and it even had an outside vent under the window to let in fresh air.
