What a fun place! Loved the entire hotel. Fun decor throughout and enjoyed the ping pong table in the recreation room. The courtyard had lots of areas to relax and visit. If you walk through the back door or Johnny Rockets on the other end of the courtyard, you can get to the Wharf much faster. Life size games like,...

Nautical themed hotel in the Fishermans Wharf area so very central.Five minute walk to Pier 39.Clean and modern .Nice large bedroom and bathroom..No food apart from a van in the courtyard, where you can buy a beer..We got there in the evening and they had run out of coffee and food, which was disappointing.Handy coffee maker in the bedroom.San Francisco is very...

The hotel decor is really neat, the staff was very friendly at check in, and overall it's a really cool place to stay. The game room and outside lounge areas are also great, especially if you have kids (I would imagine anyway). However, for the price I would consider the hotel a one-time experience and not a top hotel to...

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and had a wonderful time! We needed a bit of R&R and our stay really hit the spot. Absolutely loved the game rooms and the outdoor fire pits. We needed some tips and asked Michelle, the concierge, for some ideas. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She gave us fabulous dinner and...

We stayed here in a single room with two adults and two children. The room, while small, accommodated our family quite comfortable Lee. It was clean and tidy, and the shower had good water pressure which I appreciated. The amenities downstairs were fantastic for entertaining the kids on a couple of the wet days we had. Biggest drawback is the...

The pillows were some of the worst I've ever had at any hotel. The mini fridge didn't work. One night our keys just stopped working. There was a tiny sink with almost no hot water. The TV hookups provided in the room were unplugged, and once plugged in didn't do anything. We tried to get take out because there was...

I would rate this Hotel Average/Poor. Stayed for a couple nights. The Hotel is located in Fishermans Wharf, a heavily crowded area. We knew this and wanted to give it a try. Mind you, the walls are VERY thin. This was our issue. After a few long days of touring and site seeing we wanted to come back, relax, and...

I loved this hotel. Its location is incredibly good. I was able to walk near the area and everything was so near. The rooms are amazing, very comfy and clean. This hotel has style, it has a lot of areas to sit and spend a good time with a book or a computer. I would definitely go back!

This hotel was a last minute booking due to having to cancel a reservation at another hotel earlier in the week due to illness. That property was no longer available for re-booking. Zephyr was a little outside of my comfort zone when booked, but I loved it when I arrived. We appreciated all of the imaginative industrial art and details....

Great call on the waterfront room, Amy M! Nothing like the views and fresh breeze off the bay to add to the Wharf experience. We can't wait for you to come back and do it all over again! Until next time...Cheers, James
