Nice enough hotel nothing special although the bathroom and bedroom lights were funky and fun. just nothing remarkable about this stay and the evening staff were downright rude I eventually had to go down to the front desk as I was continually put on hold. So many taxes that I have no idea what they were for and told they...

I like the hotel is is very Boutique from an interior perspective. What I like the most is the location only 2-3 blocks from pier 39 away. Breakfast has not the biggest variety but is of good quality.

We have been staying here for a few years now - however, sad to say that it seems to be getting less and less attractive. You really can't beat the location, it is awesome. They seem to always have trouble with all of our reservations, it is getting old. The property itself is nice. The concierge is very helpful. Nice...

We had a wonderful experience at the Pier 2620 Hotel Fisherman's Wharf. From the location, to the concierge tips, front desk helpfulness, comfortable rooms, and great gym, everything contributed to make our stay, our first in San Francisco, a memorable one.

Booked through Trip Adivisor for a great rate, but sadly, it didn't meet my expectations. We booked a 2 queen signature room through a trip advisor 3rd party. That was never mentioned by the hotel nor did it feel as though it was a factor in our treatment as guests. Valet is more than 4/5* hotels we've stayed at in...

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay with us, Hawaiiluv. We're glad to hear you generally enjoyed our rooms. We do apologize for any confusion you experienced regarding some of the other aspects of our property. Beware of this hotel. The final bill was almost $400 higher than the confirmed booking amount! No attempt was made to honor the confirmed booking rates by the staff. It's not worth staying at this hotel for those rates. The Holiday Inn is right across the street.

Hi Q149GA, We're sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration you experienced relating to your bill. We (of course) would never alter the rate of a confirmed booking, is it possible that you incurred additional charges via parking, facility fees, etc. during your stay with us? Were there additional guests that were not included in the original booking or...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier 2620. The modern funky look was very appealing and we found the room quite spacious compared to some others on our USA trip. We purchased a club queen queen room providing us access to the club lounge for a continental style breakfast, with one hot dish each morning.... this was great. I had...

Thanks for the wonderful feedback, Fgearl! We're so happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay during your recent trip to the US and San Francisco! As exciting as long, extended vacations can be, they can also be stressful and exhausting being away from home for so long. We hope we were able to provide some of...

Very expensive, but bedrooms and services are not at that level. No internet, no shower/bubble bath, no fridge and staff is not too polite. Location is absolutely amazing. But you can get much better at that rate.

Hi Tiziana, We're glad to hear you enjoyed our location, but sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your overall experience at Pier 2620 Hotel. We are a bit confused about several of your concerns as all of our rooms include internet, bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath/shower gel, etc.) as well as a mini-fridge. There is also high-speed...

The room was not cleaned up thoroughly before I checked in. When I woke up in the day after checking in I noticed the bathroom had 3-4 inches of water with hair floating. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" flat screen TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking, access to a VIP Club Lounge and 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home. Pier 2620 Hotel's prime location and variety of transportation options provides travelers with easy access to a variety of areas for work and play, including: Moscone Center, Fort Mason, Union Square, SOMA, the Financial District, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable Cars, Ghirardelli Square, Little Italy, Chinatown and the Embarcadero. ... more   less
