We stayed in this hotel for the night to visit family. I gave it a very good rating because it was very clean, and looked like it was recently updated. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly as was the valet parking attendant. The downsides were the noise level and the bathroom (although it did bring me quite...

So we were on a road trip and spent 2 nights in San Francisco. We usually stay with Marriott properties since I'm an elite member. But my bf has Honors elite and we decided to stay at Hilton. Daily self parking was $57/night and there was a line for Honors members on the far right by the concierge which we...

We booked all Hilton hotels for our USA trip and this first one was a real disappointment. No cot set up on arrival after a 12 hour flight, took 3/4 hours to sort and numerous phone calls, finally came no mattress or bedding provided so be prepared if you have a little one! Room is very average for the price...

The hotel was clean and convenient to many of the attractions I wanted to see. I did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. There is a beautiful bar on the 46th floor with incredible views. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

One expects Hilton standards worldwide however I would have to see disappointing. The service was average, the facilities average, the information And interest to keep residents informed were sub standard. Not a lot of emphasis placed on tourists. No wifi in rooms, only in the lobby. The food grocery expensive and not well prepared, feels more like a campus than...

Firstly, book rooms at Tower 1 instead of the older blocks. Go for the SKYLINE room floors which should be above 20th... until 44th Floor. The room in Tower 1 is at least newer and modern compared to the other towers. Also, the SKYLINE rooms have seaview which is very nice in the evening and early morning. If you are...

I came for a conference and brought two of my older kids along so we could sight see together. This hotel was located in the financial district of San Fran. Within I think two blocks of the cable cars and busses and all the major transportation and shopping. Not the scenic part unless your room is on an upper floor...

Even prior to the renovation, this has always been one of my favorite Hilton properties. I've always had great stays at the hotel and this time around definitely didn't disappoint. E-Check In and the room key via the app worked perfectly. My Diamond VIP benefits were taken care of without any questions or hesitation. The room was comfortable and had...

The hotel is fine, if you can get an upper floor, the views are incredible. This time I stayed there though, I had 2 double beds and wanted a king. They charged me $25 additional per night but I was going to get a high floor with a balcony. Well, I had a 300 sq ft room with a window....

Terrible experience. I booked this hotel because I wanted somewhere nice to stay downtown for me and my wife's Anniversary. When I got there, the room that I had booked with a view of the city, they said I would have to pay an extra 100$ a night to get the room "I thought I had booked." No room service,...
