I just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It's a huge older hotel located a few blocks back from Union Square. At check in no acknowledgment was made of my Gold Hilton Honors status, no upgrade offer, no provision of complimentary water each day (unless you chased it down) and no proper continental breakfast for the 1000 points that...

So we were on a road trip and spent 2 nights in San Francisco. We usually stay with Marriott properties since I'm an elite member. But my bf has Honors elite and we decided to stay at Hilton. Daily self parking was $57/night and there was a line for Honors members on the far right by the concierge which we...

It's been happening over and over again. I book on line. I am a Gold Member. They forget the upgrade. They don't pay attention that I say "absolutely no down/feathers in the room." The constantly have to come up and change the bedding. THIS TIME--they had to actually go out the next day and buy me a non-down comforter. How...

I am a regular business traveler and if there is a Hilton in town, that is my preferred hotel. I like their hotel because of their global high standard in customer service, cleanliness, general condition of the facilities, business lounge and pride taken in dressing up the hotel and rooms to be presentable. San Francisco Hilton is NOTHING like the...

Abdullah Qassemi at the front desk was unbelievably helpful when I needed to adjust our stay due to a medical incident. He was sympathetic and efficient. I used the concierge service, the bellmen, and the securitystaff for wheelchair assistance. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

I originally checked in online and managed to pick the worst room ever! Fortunately, the wonderful Larysa, came to my aid. She upgraded me to an awesome room with a great view and my holiday improved dramatically. Thanks to Larysa, I really enjoyed my stay. Stay in Tower 1, floor 30 and above!

This was the second time I have stayed in this property and it reconfirmed my first experience. It's just not particularly nice. If, like me, you are a regular Hilton HHonors member, stay in the Hilton Financial District instead. So let's start with what's wrong: 1) check-in is not very welcoming experience which smacks of poor management of staff; 2)...

Great location, very central and convenient to commute into town. Hotel staff were good and very helpful. The room was a little smaller than we expected for a Family room, but it was clean, modern and comfortable; no views. Great Location!!

The Hilton is a huge hotel in a central location. Staff were attentive and service was good. We paid extra to have a newly renovated room with a view of the bay and Golden Gate bridge which was nice. I believe the standard rooms are not renovated as the hotel is quite old.
