I stayed in tower 3. 11th floor. Room was in need of make-over. Stains all over carpet and large sections of wallpaper missing and areas peeling badly. Hallways very dated. Not a great Hilton property. Front desk was not very helpful.

The parking structure has multiple levels, and each level has a door that opens directly into the hallways where the hotel rooms are located. There is no key card type entry to access the hallway, so anyone off of the street can walk in. Normally, this would not be a big issue, but the homeless people in the area were...

This was a fairly good hotel within walking distance to lots of shopping and attractions. I had a balcony room upgrade in Tower One with a beautiful bay view. It was clean, comfortable and quiet though not too spacious in size. There is no room service in this hotel, so you are on your own with the lobby level take...

This is now one of my favorite hotels for a stay-cation because of three things. First and foremost, there is a nice outdoor pool outside on the roof of the smaller tower. This is the perfect retreat for kids and adults. I saw many husbands with their kids at the pool while the wives probably went shopping. To make things...

The staff at the hotel were professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. It was huge and had a wide variety of equipment. Not sure how safe the area is. There were homeless people hanging out all around the hotel and I didn't feel safe walking...

Most rooms at this property have been newly refurbished. Beds are comfortable and bedding is very nice. Workout room is nice with quite a bit of selection. One downside to this hotel is how busy it always seems to be. Long lines to check in or out seem to happen frequently. Great location near Union Square and not too far...

We had two rooms on the 18th floor of tower 3, overlooking the pool. The room was a good size, with a huge bed. It was recently decorated and had everything we needed.
